What an amazing home! Very clean. Amenities were fantastic. The host was extremely kind. Extremely happy with our stay.

This property was absolutely beautiful. They provided for every possible need and the home was in perfect condition. A great retreat, well care for home, and very manicured back yard. The floor plan was perfect for family gatherings, a place for those who want to watch a movie on a big TV - a place for those to gather and play games, and yet a place for those who just want to have a quiet conversation ... or just watch the many birds that come to visit the property. The only complaint - is we wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you for making our trip to Redding a wonderful experience.

Everything was just perfect for us and our stay. We e joyed the hot tub. All the spices in the kitchen made is easy for us to stay in and cook for ourselves. The house was very well decorated.

This place was amaziing. Its was fullg stocked with anything we couuld have needed. Even lots of spices to cook with which was nice. The hot tub was great and house in very quiet neighborhood. The host was very friendly and quock with communication. We will be staying agao. Next time come thru redding.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The home was cute, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The beds were clean and super comfy, and the living spaces had such a cozy, homey feel that made it easy to relax right away. The kitchen had all of the items we needed. The backyard was a real highlight. It’s even bigger and more gorgeous than the photos show! We loved spending time outside enjoying the peaceful setting. Overall, this place was exactly what we hoped for. We’d definitely stay here again!

Property matches listing - good bathrooms, beds, kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher. It was too hot to use the hot tub while we were there but looks like a lovely spot to relax. Was so great we could use the garage! Nice quiet neighborhood. Host was communicative and pleasant to work with. AC works great but makes a loud noise when it turns on so you may want to let it run a bit warmer at night to limit impact on sleep.

We stayed on the same house twice in a span of one week and I should say it was the best experience ever in our many years on renting vacation rentals.

The house was exactly as described. The owner was extremely communicative and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We found this to be one of the cleanest VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in. We appreciated all the extra touches like popcorn, bottled water and candies to greet us. The location was convenient to everything and the hot tub was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

I think this one has been my favorite place we have stayed! It was so clean and inviting, clearly organized with the most fun theme. The only downside was we hated to only be there for one day. Excellent, I highly recommend it

This place is so comfortable and homey. We only stayed one night and we wish we had more time as the home is beautifully decorated, the hot tub awesome and we were able to relax and enjoy each others company.

Supper clean and nicely furnished, loved the bird theme . The place felt very homey, I would definitely consider this property if I travel to Redding again. Great host, very welcoming.
