Redding Getaway w/ Hot Tub & Outdoor Kitchen!

This was a great location for our visit. Close to everything we were doing. The outdoor space was exceptional. We had difficulty with the electronic lock at check in but the host was quick to assist and get us inside. Plenty of spaces for dining and conversations.

Had everything we needed visited Redding for our son’s Wedding. Shared home with family and had plenty of room for everyone to get ready and enjoy each others company.

This home was perfect - like a 5 star resort! My family and I enjoyed it so much! We appreciated everything, but the outdoor kitchen, pool, and spa is the icing on the cake! Simply beautiful and relaxing - the perfect place to be! Thanks!

We love this place. We sit outside and grill every night. The outdoor tvs are great for watching games. My family loves the house.

This is one of the best setups for a VRBO, the pool, backyard patio, house, location, and overall stock of amenities. Plenty of towels, utensils, pots, pans, and extra of everything like tide pods, dish washer pods, and cleaning supplies. AC was top notch, and internet was fast. Kids loved the pool and spa, and the controls with the pool, lights, heat was impressive. There was coffee, spices, filtered water hot n cold, and plenty of wine glasses and things to mix cocktails. Oh and two dishwashers makes things super easy when cooking n cleaning. Everything was great and we already want to go back.

We will definitely be staying here again when we return. It was more house than we needed, but had so much to offer and we're so glad we choose it. We were a party of all adult family members in town to visit family. This house gave us the opportunity to have space and visit, and we enjoyed cooking together in the large, fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was the best. We spend most of our time hanging out in the pool, relaxing in the covered patio and was envious of built in kitchen that we used several times. We also enjoyed the spa which was heated all the time and we did not have to wait for it to warm up. The owner, Melissa, welcomed us, gave us a few pointers and was easy to reach if needed. What put this house over the top was all the extras that Melissa provided which was very much appreciated. She had all the soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotion, and not just one roll of toilet paper, but a full supply, in all the bathrooms. The kitchen also had lots of basic spices, sugar, flour, foil, zip lock bags, paper towels, coffee filters and other necessities needed when cooking, but expensive to buy when you only need a little bit. You expect more when staying at a higher end house, but having stayed at many VRBO homes around the country and internationally this is a not very common. We could not of asked for more in a house inside and out. This is a new listing on VRBO and had only 3 reviews so always a bit nervous, but the pictures sold us and we were not disappointed.
