Our home/ranch is an excellent option for a quiet countryside getaway. We are about a half mile from the main road which makes you feel like you are secluded but just minutes from downtown Paso Robles. During your stay you can feed the goats, enjoy the hot tub, and BBQ on the back patio. We are just 3 miles from downtown Paso, which offers a wide selection of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, including live music and about 7 miles away from over 100 wineries. The large 2 story house sits on 12 acres of rolling hills with amazing views. The home includes 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY.brOn our ranch, we have friendly rescued goats who would love to say hi. Their names are Nugget, Pumpkin, Turkey and Daisy. They love to meet new people! We recently rescued sheep as well that you will see out grazing most of the day. brWe recommend getting up early and enjoying the stunning sunrises or hanging out on the back patio to enjoy the amazing sunsets. The ranch is surrounded by neighboring ranches that will bring sounds of nature, wildlife and a peaceful place you will love.br **Dawn and Paul are the property owners/hosts. We do live on the property to take care of the ranch/goats/sheep. As we are a working ranch, you may see us from time to time out working on the property but we do try to stay out of site as much as possible. We only allow up to 4 vehicles to be on the property and must be parked on the cement driveway only.brIn order to provide a safe and clean environment, only the owners and/or property manager have access to the home and do all maintenance and cleaning between guests.brOur Master bedroom has a large bathroom attached to it. The bedroom has 2 sitting chairs for enjoying the views out the window with your morning coffee or a nightcap.brAll bedrooms upstairs have stunning views - one has the perfect view of the sunrise and the other two have the breathtaking view of the sunset. brThe downstairs bedroom is a very large area that has a soft comfy sectional couch to lounge and watch some TV. There are two sliding glass doors that offer plenty of natural light and the ability to take in the sunrise if you choose. There are darkening curtains in case you would rather sleep in as well.brOur back patio has plenty of sitting area, as well as a long picnic table to enjoy your meals outside. brYou can take a walk along the large area of property to watch the goats & sheep graze or witness the many deer that like to live on the property.

The views from every window give Treetop Lodge that “wow” factor. brbrWe named our home Treetop Lodge because to us the word “lodge” makes us think of a place that allows for everyone to gather together in a relaxed and comfortable manner. brThe layout of the Lodge provides a good sense of flow and even if you come with a group there is lots of room to spread out for individual quiet time. brThe large well-equipped kitchen is perfect for coming together. The patio and deck invite conversation and relaxation with a view complete with sprawling lounge chairs to spread out. brNo matter where you are there is plenty of comfortable seating for all. brWe are international teachers and our eclectic decorations reflect our stays in Taiwan, Cambodia, and China. We invite you to stay and relax at the Lodge!brbrYou will feel very tucked in within the treetops, but when you want to get out the downtown is only a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride. Downtown boasts wine tasting, an art studio, and a beautiful traditional downtown park complete with a Carnegie Library, which has become a Paso Robles museum. There is a Farmer’s Market in the park on Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.brbrWineries abound, so ask around to find out about locals’ favorites.
