The 4 bedrooms are all separated from each other - none has a shared wall. The living room sofa has a very comfortable queen bed as well. All rooms have ceiling lights on dimmers. All bedrooms have flat screens as does one of the 2 seating areas of the living room. Plus we have 3 separate outdoor entertainment areas that are easy to meander between! All bedrooms have brand new memory foam mattresses for a very restful sleep!brbrGuest accessbrbrAll sections of the home are accessible to guests except the garage.
