The street is VERY quiet and marked 15Mph. We have a 200 foot pier and a sloping beach. There is plenty of room on the property for a boat trailer and multiple cars. brThis 2300 sq. ft two story home features 3 bedrooms and a loft with three beds (sleeps 15), and 2 full bathrooms. Central cooling and heating. An excellent swim dock with a jet ski lift and the ability to moor your boat to the swim dock. Closest boat ramp is in Lucerne, approximately 5 miles away. brbrSeveral casinos minutes away and local grocery store (Sentry) within 5 miles. Multiple wineries in the area provide tastings and are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can also explore the many hiking/biking trails nearby. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water.brbrThere are security cameras at our house. There are security cameras on premise, which will be turned off once you arrive. There are 4 cameras located outside, 2 are located facing the driveway, one facing the hot tub and one facing the dock.
