Great Price! Sunset Beach House private beach, firepits, hottub, dock, & more!

Everything about this property was exceptional! Definitely will return and I highly recommend it.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and it is the best house for our very large family when visiting from Utah. Plenty of space, located on the best part of the lake and always clean. We will be back next year for sure.

Check in was super easy and the house was immaculate! We loved the dock and spent hours out there swimming, boating, fishing and camping laying cards. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub and well appointed kitchen. There was plenty of room to accommodate the two families and keep the kids happy. We had such a relaxing vacation and can’t wait to go back!

We had a very relaxing stay at Sunset Beach House. The house had everything we needed & the master bathroom was such a treat with a soaking jacuzzi. It is very dog friendly with an enclosed back yard that our dog immediately enjoyed. The best part of our stay was having our meals on the private dock. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze. It is conveniently located next to a friendly place where we rented a pontoon to explore the lake. One of our best family vacations. Susan is a wonderful owner/manager who met us there upon arrival to make sure everything went smoothly. The house cleaning ladies were sweet and thorough! We had another amazing vacation at the lake. We have been coming to the Sunset beach house for about 20 years and the house is always been gorgeous with new upgrades. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances & features. We enjoyed the new chair in the family room. Thank you again for another wonderful year at your home. See you next year!

The place was beautiful! Plenty of room for all guests. Loved the fenced backyard for the dogs! Yard size was great for games. The dock available was great for those who fished. The beach area was awesome!! Would definitely reserve and stay again. Awesome!

We had an amazing stay at this vacation rental! The home was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 12, yet it still felt cozy and homey. One of the highlights was the private dock, perfect for relaxing and fishing, which was plentiful! The kids had a blast with the canoe and life vests that were provided for swimming , we all enjoyed evenings around the fire pit on the private beach. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus and made for some great, relaxing nights. This place truly had everything we needed for a fun and memorable getaway. We would absolutely return!

We had a great time at Clear Lake. The dock was a lot of fun and a great place to swim, paddle board, canoe, and kayak. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed barbecuing and cooking over the campfire. The hot tub was very relaxing, too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was wonderful! We can't wait to visit again.

We gathered as a family of 11 for Christmas get together. The house was festive and adorned with full size Christmas tree and hot chocolate platter. There was plenty of comfortable space for all. Kitchen was well appointed. Even though we had rainy weather we were able to enjoy the beach, hot tub and outdoor areas. The host responded immediately to any inquiry we had! This place has literally everything you can ask for when staying on Clearlake. So much space for a large family and for having others over for a BBQ. I asked my group what is one negative thing and they could not think of anything. We will be staying every year going forward this is our place. One major advantage is that the rental company for lake toys is right next door. We had the best time staying at this house. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this was by far the best one.
