Our Valley Glen home resonates all the charm and aesthetic of the valley's history: family & large yards circa 1960! The home has four bedrooms (two are home offices with a sofa) and 3 bathrooms, plus a pool and an entirely fenced, private yard. The front yard offers citrus trees and a lush garden, and the back has a pool, sauna, and lounging areas. Our home is near the Hollywood Hills, which offers great hiking, as well as Ventura Blvd, which has everything you would ever need. We are close to the studios such as Universal, Warner Brothers, Dreamworks, ABC, NBC, and more. We are also close to the 405, 101, and 170 freeways. We are near the Los Angeles public transit system, both bus and metro. Uber and Lyft are also standards for folks getting around the city. There is unrestricted and ample street parking at our house. The San Fernando Valley was built to give families better homes, more space, and peace of mind. Our locale offers that and more. Because our property is entirely fenced, it feels like a refuge in the city. We are three miles from Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks, where you can find all amenities. We have fruit trees! There are orange trees, fig trees, and tangerine, lime, and pink lemon trees! Also, to note, there is a back studio that we rent to full time tenant. It is separate from the main house, has a separate entrance, and maintains privacy with no access to the home, property, or pool.

They are very sweet but extremely energetic! We play with the dogs in the yard during the day and evening, so there may be some from that. We will respect the same quiet hours (12a-7a).brbrHeads up for month-long stays:brLA adds a pretty big occupancy tax to stays of 30 days or less. But once you hit 31 days, that tax goes away. So if you're staying around a month, book 31 days instead of 30 to save $$$brbrHOUSE RULES:br- Maximum 2 adults staying overnight between the hours of 12am and 7am br- Maximum 4 people on the property at any given timebr- Quiet hours between 12am-7ambr- Children allowed (can provide pack and play). There are also multiple public EV charging stations around town, which allows charging for up to 2 hours per day.brbrbrbrPARKING:brbrThere is two parking spots available on premise. Street parking is allowed on the street across from the house and there is no permit required.
