The place is sunny and has a good breeze from both the North and South sides. There is good water pressure. You will be given our cleaners name and number if you want to use her services while staying here. $150 for the whole house.brbrSECURITYbrbrThis is our home, treat it and our neighbors respectfully. Our neighbor to the South has a guard dog that probably helps keep people away at night. There are outdoor cameras with motion sensors and lights with a recording that tells anyone who enters the property they are being filmed. There is an automatic gate to the property as well. You will be introduced to our landlord and subject to their approval as well. One garage space along with my X5. We don't have cameras inside the house. brbrLOCATIONbrbrWe live in Melrose Hill which is right off the 101 at Melrose Ave. We are 10 mins to North Hollywood, WEHO, DTLA. 25 mins to Santa Monica beaches. We are still close enough to the coast to get the cool breeze and it doesn't get as hot as inland. brbrNEIGHBORHOODbrbrWe live on a street with a park that has basketball courts, a running track and exercise equipment, at the end which reduces traffic. There are many trees and birds singing, mostly mockingbirds and parrots. Our immediate neighbors are quite nice and friendly. brbr
