Close enough for ocean breezes, yet only steps to the famous Abbot Kinney- the home is flooded with skylights and sunlight, and has a lovely front porch and back seating area. There is a numerical key pad on the front door to make access simple and a private car park (with back entrance) for additional entry. Please note: Venice has narrow alleys ways with sometimes icky trash so the car park is quite tight.
