Nestled between Westwood and Santa Monica, we are located in the heart of West LA with easy access to all of the city. 3 miles to the beach, 3 miles to UCLA, 3 miles to the gorgeous, newly renovated Century City Mall. 1/2 mile to Brentwood shops and restaurants. 1/2 mile to Ralphs, Trader Joe’s and Walgreens. 3 blocks to the Expo line and a bus stop is just outside our door. 2 blocks to LA Fitness and 3 blocks Icon Fitness. The 10 freeway is 5 blocks away and Downtown is 20 minutes away. The location is great for the booming tech industry and startups in the neighborhood.brDriveway parking is available if you have a car. Keypad operated automatic gate for entry into the property. We have a huge lot and are raising a family in the main house, so the space is quiet and secure. Your own dedicated laundry room is on the first floor of the unit with a couple shelves of extra storage. It comes stocked with laundry detergent and cleaning products. A 55” smart tv with a 5.1 theater sound system is installed because every bedroom should be a movie theater. Internet access and all utilities included. A giant avocado tree is right off your main deck and produces delicious Fuerte variety avocados most of the year. A family of squirrels think they own the avocado tree so they would be your closest neighbors. brThe modest space has a whopping 9 windows and 2 sliding glass doors to maximize the views and light. King size bed with extra sheets and blankets. Remote controlled air conditioning and heating. Multi-colored led bulb lighting on the deck for evening ambiance. A two burner stove top and in-drawer microwave are furnished in the kitchen which is stocked with all the kitchen and cooking supplies you would need. Just let us know if you need anything in particular we can accommodate. Any amenities can be added or subtracted. There is plenty of room for us to add a dresser and / or a desk if that suits your needs.
