In order to prevent damage to the pool systems, we will have our pool tech come scoop it out most every day during this period. When the owner lives here he actually finds it an enjoyable zen activity to scoop it, if you prefer not to have the pool tech come and scoop it yourself then just let us know!brbrNo additional guests on the property at any time that are not on the reservation without prior authorization.brbrThe gardener & pool tech come for weekly service on Tuesday. During late Sept to early November the pool tech or our handyman will come daily to scoop the flowers out of the pool.brbrPlease note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance. brbrGuests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way.
