Downstairs, Guests find a king bed, two queen beds, each with private bathroom and a 4th bedroom/office/lounge withqueen futon, perfect for live/work space. Perfect for creatives, families, corporate rentals, and writers retreats. This well appointed and tranquil retreat invites guests to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. - Available for long-term rentals (30 night minimum).

- We have the house professionally cleaned & we provide new linens (sheets/ towels) for our guest.

- Guest are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in

- Photo ID is required for check-in

- Refundable Security Deposit required ($10,000 USD)

- Renters & Damage insurance required ($119). We will send you a link for insurance after booking.

- No pets; service animals may be considered with additional pet deposit. There is an additional cleaning fee for pets/animals on premises to return property to its hypoallergenic condition.
