If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.br- Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access.br- Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.br- Pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.br- Our desert pools are heated to a maximum temperature of 87 degrees. Please note that we do not exceed this temperature for pool heating.br- 2 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate.br- The Murphy bed available in our Media room can be prepared ahead of your arrival upon request. If you need assistance during your stay, please contact the AvantStay team. Please do not attempt to adjust the bed on your own.br- Home is fully stocked with a coffee machine, coffee, laundry detergent, indoor and outdoor towels, kitchen cookware, Brita water filter, first-aid kit, hair dryers, and toiletries.br- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.br- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.br- All furniture and household items must remain where placed. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.brbrAs part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. brbrEvents or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
