Stayed Mar 5, 2026We loved the house and the outdoor living area! The house is well appointed, clean and private. The casita bedroom/bath is completely private from the rest of the house. The pool and spa are magnificent! The views are incredible, and we spent most of our time outdoors. There is a pool table in the living area which provided extra entertainment. We were there for the Indian Wells tournament, and this is a perfect location--about 10 minutes away. There is a fabulous grocery store (Ralph's) about 2 miles away and that was very convenient for making meals at home. The neighborhood is picturesque and perfect for long walks. And the property manager, Dwight, was very kind and responsive. We highly recommend! We would love to return every year!

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Our host was great.Met us upon arrival and explained the pool computer and answered all question. The unit was clean and stocked with all needed pots/pans. Master bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

Stayed Apr 25, 2025Our stay was great! The location of the home was close to the festival we attended and the home was a great size. We had issues with the front gate and had some trouble getting in touch with the property manager but Evolve was able to contact the owner who cleared things up. Overall it was good and I’d stay again.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Property is very clean and location is awesome to play PGA golf courses. However, there are items broken that need repair. Dishwasher top rack was actually held together with rubber bands and was difficult to open and close. The outdoor fire pit was inoperable. The leather couch, though comfortable was ripped in places. The sliding glass doors and sliding screens were very difficult to slide back and forth. Even after I sprayed with WD40, they still had problems. If repairs are made we would probably stay there again.
