On the landing there is room for 2 people to enjoy coffee in the morning or wine at night while enjoying the views. You can also place a cafe table on the landing and work remotely either on the landing or in your Tuscan Garden, which is equipped with an electrical outlet so you can charge your laptop and work in the garden. No more than 3 vehicles. Limited street parking. Closest EV charging station is less than 2 minutes away. No pet policy due to owners allergies. The entire 1 acre property is gated, secure and private with spectacular views of mountains. Automated gate and smart lock on the main door allows you to have access to your space without any interaction. All codes and wi-fi passwords will be communicated on check-in day. Centrally located in San Diego a quick 20-30 minute drive gets you to North County beaches, Temecula wine country (27 min), the San Diego Safari park (16min), Balboa park (32 min), downtown San Diego (34 min), Gaslamp district (37min), North park (33 min), San Diego Zoo (35 min) , Sea world (35 min), Legoland (25min) San Diego airport (39 min) Enough parking on the property.
