THE SPACE
This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps up to 14 guests. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedrooms 2 and 4 each have a queen, and Bedroom 3 is the bunk room: a triple twin bunk (sleeps 3) plus a full-over-full bunk with a pull-out twin trundle (sleeps 5). The open-concept living area connects to a full kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics) and a dining area that seats the whole group.

THE BACKYARD
Out back is where the property really shines: a travertine pool deck with a baja-shelf pool (available year-round), a Vegas-style cabana, a fire lounge, a hot tub, a sauna, a cold plunge, and an outdoor movie setup with a 150 screen, plus a fire pit, gas BBQ grill, and dedicated outdoor dining area. The backyard is fully fenced and private.

INSIDE
A dedicated game room (pool table, 4-TV sports wall, game console, and a handcrafted Italian casino table), board games, Bluetooth sound system, indoor fireplace, laundry room with washer and dryer, central A/C, ceiling fans, and fast Wi-Fi. Pack 'n play available for little ones.

THE KITCHEN
Fully stocked: refrigerator, freezer, mini fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, drip coffee maker & Nespresso, wine glasses, baking sheets, and BBQ utensils.

PARKING & ACCESS
Free on-site parking. Self check-in with smart lock.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
A residential area of Escondido close to restaurants and markets, with Montiel Dog Park about a 5-minute walk away.

GOOD TO KNOW
There is an exterior security camera overlooking the pool area. It does not monitor any indoor spaces or the hot tub. Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM, max 14 guests. Primary renter must be 25+.
