If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises. brbrOCCUPANTS. The home layout is ideal for families or friends, with 4 bedrooms in the main house and the convenience and privacy of a separate Guest House with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom.brbrGuests will enjoy private access to the entire property, including the house, the casita (one bedroom detached guest house) and all outdoor entertainment spaces.brbrOther things to note:brThis is not a party house. Please drive slowly on the one lane road to house. Driveway parking allows for a max of 6 cars. brbrThe vineyard was planted in early 2018, and the first harvest took place in fall of 2020.
