Stayed Dec 25, 2025It was a great stay, the kids loved the pool,hot tub,firepit,playing basketball and the comfy seats outside side by the pool. It was 20 minutes from most attractions so it was nice that it was close to everything. We will definitely be back in the future!

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Berny's needs some work. A good example is that the second you go to load the dishwasher, it just tips out completely. Many of the light switches do nothing, and a good number of the light bulbs were out. You can only use the hot tub from 6-10 pm, which is useless, and this information was not in the listing. Additionally, the front door is unusable, requiring you to walk to the back door, which is just annoying. Lastly, during our stay, the owner unexpectedly arrived, seeking access to the house without prior notice. They said, We thought you were all gone, implying that they likely have cameras on the property, which they had not disclosed. A real violation of trust.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025We were so very pleased with our stay here! The property was exactly as described and photos were spot on. Extremely clean and well-stocked; plenty of room to spread out; had everything we could need; perfect for our long weekend in the San Diego area. Pool, patio area and firepit were awesome; home gym was great, too. Host communication was prompt and polite and helpful .... great hosts! We will not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone needing a great place to stay!

Stayed May 29, 2025The home was 20-30 mins away from all main areas to visit. Gocery store down the hill on the main street. The home was large and inviting. Beautiful land , pool and patio area were a great spot to relax after a long day out. Family loved it.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024This was the perfect spot for our family vacation to San Diego. The home was beautiful and exactly as described. The check-in process was easy and Dara, the host was an excellent communicator. The neighborhood was very nice and a short drive from San Diego. It was nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood after being in the city all day.We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
