Stunning Midcentury Home with Gorgeous Pool+Patio

A great stay with three kids and 3 adults. Lots of room to spread out. Pool was great, a comfortable 80 degrees with sun most of the day. Quiet neighborhood with good access to Palm Springs and Palm desert. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything about the house was perfect, from the spacious layout, convenient location, beautiful furnishings, and attention to detail, down to the soft sheets which smelled great! Dave the owner was a pleasure to deal with, and Marc, the caretaker, was easy to reach. Oddly advertised as 3 bedrooms, there is a 4th. The pool was lovely. We paid extra to have it heated, and while we used it sparingly because the weather was chilly, it was still worth it. Not directly in Palm Springs, but only a few miles away, letting us take advantage of everything Palm Springs has to offer.

Lovely updated 4 bedroom house with pool, pretty gardens and spectacular views of Mt San Jacinto from the living room. Every room is beautifully decorated in mid-century modern style. We used the fireplace in the living room every night. The outdoor furniture on the raised covered patio was a good as the furniture indoors and we comfortably worked and relaxed outside. The kitchen was stocked with every imaginable thing you could need and we stayed in almost every night enjoying cooking. The owner was a pleasure to deal with! 5 out of 5 stars

Hi Dave, Most everything was really great. We loved the furnishings. The living and dining rooms, and the kitchen were terrific. My suggestions would be the following: 1) the local host did NOT wear a mask when he showed us around inside (even though all five of us did). It's a small gesture, but it was a little off-putting. 2) The lack of access to laundry facilities was a surprise for a house this large (and expensive). You need to provide more bath towels or open up access. You should also warn people that there will be no access to washer/dryer as it did not occur to us that these would not be available. 3) Consider buying a king-size bed for the primary bedroom. Most people are used to that size at home so a queen-size feels mighty small. 4) Finally, half of the primary bedroom closet was locked which is completely understandable, but the keys were left in the lock... We did not open the closet, but other guests might have. Thanks again, Kathleen

We felt like we were at our very own luxury resort! The house is conveniently located and beautifully appointed with “happy chic” decor. We took a day trip to Joshua Tree NP and loved coming “home” to dip in the pool.

This property is awesome, the size was perfect for my family of 6. It was a much needed get together after 2020!! Originally planned for 2020 Dave the owner was very accommodating in letting us rearrange for this year. Marc was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would love to visit again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Just came back from a weekend staying here. Host was very responsive and great at communicating. House was decorated so cute, very MCM and perfect for Palm Springs area. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need including coffee maker (but we brought our own coffee). The pool and outside area are what really make this property! The weather wasn’t super hot but we still had a great time lounging outside. Seriously, the decor was SO CUTE!!! Only con was- The TVs never worked for our stay. None of the remotes worked in the bedroom and the front TV in the family room would turn on but constantly buffer, to the point that we turned it off. I spoke to host and sounded like an internet issue. It wasn’t a vacation to watch tv so this didn’t really matter to us, but it could be an issue if you rely on wifi there or need the tv for your kids etc. I’m sure it’s fixed by now anyway. This place was so cute, I would stay here again. We also were able to do an easy 3.5 mile trail walk on the back mountain right outside the neighborhood which was great! 10 min Uber drive to Palm desert and 15 min to Palm Springs downtown, so pretty centrally located. Also, shower pressure in the master shower was amazing. I need that in my house! Seriously, book this house!!! You won’t regret it! :)

We had a lovely two weeks at this wonderful home. It is beautifully and comfortably decorated inside and out. We hiked daily as trails were easily accessible from the location, but we were so happy to return to the wonderful pool and peaceful setting for a relaxing afternoon. The kitchen is so well organized and equipped, allowing us to prepare meals to enjoy in the evenings at the outdoor table. Altogether a luxurious property!
