Pool-side two-story villa

Everything was amazing! I told my girlfriend we actually need to find a place exactly like that because it’s so nice! My friend said she felt like she was in Barcelona .

The property was great. Two big bedrooms and baths in separate floors. Kitchen on the smaller side but that wasn't a problem for us. Unfortunately my daughter and boyfriend had to back out so there was plenty of room for us. Owner was very responsive. Only 3 miles from the airport. We would rent again.

The property has a lot of space and the area was very convenient for shopping and dinning.

Great place for a relaxing weekend with lots of local places to eat and grab a drink

This home was huge like 1300 square feet. It's across the street from Target and Trader Joe's, it's like a 10 min walk, or 2 min drive. We stayed here during Coachella weekend. It is a 35 min drive to the festival grounds. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom on the first floor with a door. One bedroom on the 2nd floor but there is no door which is odd, the stairs are winding so there is privacy. The 2nd floor gets a ton of sunlight during the day and can wake you up in the morning. Both showers are walking showers so perfect for seniors or people with disability issues. There's assigned parking spot in the garage, in front of the garage. Also some other spots in the complex for first come first serve and also street parking available. Check in is easy with a lockbox outside. There's a community pool and Jacuzzi available for use. The only negative issue- the home was not cleaned. It was extremely dusty on the floor, counter, bath mats. There were dead bugs on the floor. We even found a live cockroach inside that we killed. I told the host that the housekeeping staff need to do a better job.

Highly recommend. Place was clean, spacious, and quiet. Added bonus is that it’s dog friendly. We had the opportunity to meet Will while walking around the property. He’s extremely nice and throughout the booking process communicated with us promptly.

The floor in the unit was FILTHY! Walked barefoot in the unit for 5 minutes and our feet bottoms were black! Second floor shower did not drain! Tiny ants in the kitchen1 Cockroach spotted in second floor bathroom! Not very well appointed at all!

The location was perfect for the week we'd planned. The price was right for a 2-couple reunion.

Great accommodations and spacious.

Place was in good location however pics are deceiving. Place was very dirty in bathroom, kitchen closets etc needed deep cleaning bad. Also found above cockroach.

The host was amazing with giving information needed and taking care of the minor things that came up. The location is great especially if you have kids with a play center across the street. The home layout was perfect for two couples. We used the kitchen, BBQ and pool that was nice. Beds and linen were comfortable. The reason for the 4 star is the place is a bit tried missing the little things that make for a 5 star. The personal patio was a mess not serviced anytime this year. The kitchen stuff was a mix match of things. Water pressure and getting it set and stay on temp was poor. It just felt like there was no pride of ownership The place is for sale so maybe the new owners will fit these things.

Will was an excellent host.

This was our second time staying in this property and enjoyed it as much as the first!

The property was amazing it was gated so I wasn’t worried about theft or vandalism the villa was amazing clean and had all the amenities we needed, took a dip in the pool 15 minutes from downtown with uber would stay here again

This was a wonderful place to stay. The condo was immaculate, two large bedrooms (we had trouble figuring out which one was the master!), large living room and dining room, kitchen just great. The pool was kept at 82 deg and had a nice hot jacuzzi. Will (the manager) easily helped us with two minor problems (which were our fault). Nice central location (easily within driving range of everything you could want). Within walking range, Starbucks, Target, Trader Joe's. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great property.

We had a great time in Palm Springs. The townhome was very spacious and beautiful. We felt very comfortable and loved that Trader Joe’s was so close. The laundry facilities were easy to use and the pool and hot tub again. If we find ourselves in beautiful PS we will definitely consider staying here again.

If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you. Close to all our favorite spots. Neighbors and other guest friendly.

As advertised. Easy check-in. Pool. Hot tub. Quiet area Walk to target , trader joes , etc is easy

The property was very convenient for my needs, clean, roomy and well appointed. Will and Will, Jr. were very helpful and communicative.
