Minutes from the Alpine Zoo, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores!brbrSpacious living room features a gas/wood fireplace; a 70” TV coupled with Apple TV and access to Netflix and Hulu. This is out of our control as sometimes the water has to be dumped and can take 24 hours to warm up. This will not be grounds for a refund. brbr(9) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
