A 8 minute drive to the Lake and Village , 5 minute drive to Ski Resorts. No A/C but we do have two very nice and expensive floor fans.. One in the living area and one in the bedroom. We are 7,000 feet up in the mountains and it cools down at night in the summer. Most rentals in the mountains do not have A/C. If you have to have A/C please go to the filters and make that one of your selections. Then all of those rentals that do have air will come up. brThe cottage is for two adults only and, we can only have one vehicle at the cottage.
