We are also 1.5 miles from the University. brbrThis is a new, street level apartment (built in 2019) and newly furnished. The casita is attached to our main home with a separate entrance and excellent insulation for privacy. The kitchen has all new appliances (frigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, hot water kettle), staples (dishware, cleaning supplies, oils, etc), and an assortment of coffee and teas. A stackable washer and dryer is behind the closet door in the kitchen. Very comfy leather couch for hanging out or watching movies, and a comfy bed for a restful night!
