Stayed Jun 10, 2025This is such a gorgeous, sunny and spacious private apartment on a very quiet street. Everyone in the other apartments are nice, keep to themselves, and are super respectful of each other. The location is great too: close to lots of great shopping, UCB, etc.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025Had a great time at Brent‘s place. Perfectly located for walking to my daughter‘s place 15 minutes away. You get what you pay for and I mean this in a positive way. This place is cheaper than some of the other places we looked at but more than adequate. This accommodation is not luxurious. A little traffic noise, but not bothersome at all. Overall recommended.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025We were in need of a place to stay after an unfortunate fire on the roof of our apartment complex. The hosts were super responsive and friendly, and the place was a home away from home. Gave us a clean and comfy space to allow us to get settled and ready for our next steps.
