Our home is one of the largest homes in the neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated for your enjoyment. Our large family room will make you feel like you are at home. House is 2,700 sq ft. The house is a close 2.5 miles from the well-known National Zoo. Also, a quick 10 minute walk to the METRO station that has a direct route to the National Mall - a perfect tourist destination. brbrThis is a 4 bedroom (King, Queen, Queen, twin), 3.5 bath and a den “5 bedroom” it has a locking door - Queen bed - just not a window in a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood. brBasement : 2 queen beds and a full bathroom. Basement is connected to the house. Futon. brSecond floor: King, Queen, twin. brLiving room : sofa bed brbrbrThe house includes three flat screen TVs (60, 47 and 32) and has Verizon Fios TV and 75/75 (extremely fast!) wireless internet. One King sized bed, 3 queens sized bed, and one twin sized bed. Additional we have a sofa bed in the living room and a futon. The space would be most comfortable for groups up to 10, but if you are willing too, the space can accommodate up to 13 people, with 3 people staying on the sofa bed and futon. brThere are 4 - completely empty closets - in each of the front bedrooms for all your things; the fridge is sparkling and empty and kitchen has everything you need for cooking- plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking pans, bowls etc. brWe have a pack and play for infants -additional mattress for the pack and play so baby can sleep comfortable and crib sheet. We also have one booster seat. brbrWe provide a coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Washer and dryer included in laundry closet off of the master bedroom. Our home also has a 160 square foot deck on the rear of the home, with a grill and chairs. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a long day touring the city!brbrWe will also provide a private parking spot which is in the backyard (not covered) and locked with a wooden gate. Extra parking spots are available around the house.
