Unlike the others, it has no apt above or below it. Entrance requires going thru 2 keyless entries with a spacious concrete parking pad immediately outside the 1st door. The apt can sleep up to 6 with a king bed, full length couch, loveseat recliner, & space to add a twin bed. It has 2 lg flat screen tv`s with subscription access.brbrUnlike the other apartments, this apt has no apt above or below it, nor does it share a common wall with another apt. This apt can be made as dark as a guest wants & is an awesome place to live & sleep, esp during rain. There r 2 kayaks, a firepit, & a half-court basketball court with 10` goal for guest use.
