Rope light and bug zapper. Fire-pit down the path (Firewood not provided) br brTHE BASEMENT - CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 2020 The basement is under construction and is not as nice as the upstairs. The basement has been renting since summer of 2016 and is all very usable. We have had no complaints on the unfinished project. (Even return renters every year) There a exposed ceiling joist, insulation still being finished out. The pics are up to date on the site (2024). Please do not email asking about basement, this is the description as of today 2024 The floor is smooth concrete. This area is Family Room/Game Room. This will be able to handle more fun time-rough housing than the upstairs! Hint Hint like lock the kids down there to go crazy while you enjoy the view on the upstairs porch. There will be french doors added later to over look the lake also from down stairs. There is no exterior doors at this time and one room has a small window. Rollins Creek Side Retreat sits on 14 beautiful acres, we are at the very end of a dead end road. The property is very private. We have Cadron Creek that runs the whole length of the back of property along with Betits Mountain. The cabin is a two story with two bedrooms and one bathroom. We have double decks and a spiral staircase that connects the two decks. We have a beautiful lit up metal gazebo with fire pit. We are also 1.5 mile from Cove Creek Campground that is on Greers Ferry Lake. The campground has two boat ramps and huge parking lot for trucks and trailers. They also have spots to pull your boat on the bank and park and tie off for the weekend. They have a nice swim beach as well. brOne of our favorites things about our cabin is how private we get to enjoy the lake and come back to the cabin after a long day on the water and enjoy time with each other and the privacy. brWe are also 25 minutes from Fair Field Bay SXS trails. Fair Field Bay has plenty of hiking trails. Heber Springs is short drive and has all your shopping needs and grocery and several restaurants. They have a small movie theater and skating rink. Quitman is very close and has restaurants and few shopping options. Quitman has a Dollar General. There is a fish hatchery up from the famous Little Red River which is a short drive with the best trout fishing. Collins Creek trail is a must see. You are more than welcome to bring your SXS or Atv and trailer to trails. We also don’t mind riding on our property. The community is ATV friendly. We also don’t mind hunting and there is a Cherokee WMA right up the road. Both our decks over look the Cadron creek. Wake up and enjoy the creek! brbrThere is no smoking inside the cabin.

The property is secluded--adjacent to 150 acres of undeveloped forest--yet, about 3 miles from Cove Creek Campground which boasts a public boat ramp and sandy beach. In addition to the lake, there's great hiking, fishing and floating in the Little Red River, and the restaurants of Heber Springs a short drive away. The .25 mile drive from the top of the bluff down to the cabin is a very steep, winding, asphalt road; for your safety, we recommend you plan your inaugural trip in the daylight.
