During your stay we are available 24/7 to help you with any issues that might arise or questions you might have. The home is a 4 bedroom 3 bath with 3080 sq. ft. There is a set of stairs in the house, on the deck and down to the boat dock. Great fishing from the dock! Our home sits at the end of a private drive with an 8ft privacy fence. We have all the amenities of home including two 55” big screen TVs with Dish, a DVD player downstairs and lots of DVDs & Wifi. We are in a rural area. Wifi can be spotty. We have a gas insert fireplace in the living room. There are amazing views of the river from almost every spot in the home. There is a charcoal/wood grill (CHARCOAL/WOOD & LIGHTER FLUID ARE NOT NOT PROVIDED) feel free to pick up wood on the property. There is also a firepit (FIREWOOD IS NOT PROVIDED). There is a 2 slip covered floating boat dock on the White River which has ample room for you to bring your own boats. The dock is a short walk up river from the house. There is a set of stairs down to the dock. You can launch your boats at the free public boat ramp at the Ranchettes which is only a 1.5 miles from the home. We are always catching rainbows, cut throats and browns. This stretch of river is world class trout fishing and it’s constantly producing trophy browns. Our home sits at the end of the road on just under 7 acres of secluded land with an abundance of wildlife. We watch golden eagles, bald eagles, hawks & great blue heron fly and feed on the river with numerous other species. Just to name a few we’ve seen on the property are white tail deer, bear, chipmunks, squirrels, bobcat, turkey, red fox and raccoons. Across the river from us is all forest and a beautiful view of the Ozark Mountains. Enjoy watching the amazing White River as it flows by. It is truly a relaxing place. We catch ourselves sitting for hours just enjoying the nature that surrounds us listening to the river and the sounds of wildlife. We enjoy getting up early and having a cup of coffee on the balcony watching the fog on the river.brbrWe are just a short drive from Historical Cotter, The Trout Capital USA, which is a small historical town with a couple of cafes, The1930 era Rainbow Bridge. Also Flippin has a Walmart Supercenter and a couple of fast food places. Gassville has numerous fast food places, convenient stores, Mexican food and Bbq, burgers and pizza! Mountain Home, which is just a little farther from Gassville, has pretty much anything you could need or want in a little town, including great shopping and 2 movie theaters. Bull Shoals sits on the lake and has 2 huge marinas. It has 2 state parks with canoe rentals, hiking and fishing. Also in Bull Shoals are the Bull Shoals caverns. It has a couple of great cafes, bakeries, and a pizza place! It also has a couple of more upscale restaurants. Canoeing and kayaking on any of the many rivers in the area are breathtaking. Our favorites are the White River and the Buffalo River. There are plenty of trails for hiking, caves for spelunking, and antique shops everywhere.brbrThe property has plenty of room for children to run and play safely. Family fun is just a short drive away through the beautiful Ozark Mountains to Branson which is just an 1½ - 2 hours from the home. There are year round shows, Zip lining, Silver Dollar City, & Branson Landing. A private dock and easy access to a private ramp nearby makes accessing the water next to unbeatable. Store your boat in the stall free of charge during the entire stay. We are one of a kind on this part of the river. My favorite part of our property is the privacy and the river access. Our remote 2.8 acre property sits on over 300 ft of White River bank frontage. King’s Landing on the White River is all yours if you book from this listing. We have vacant lots on both sides of us so kids can play and adults can turn up the music without disturbing others. There are two buildings on the grounds. They can be rented separately in a different Vrbo listing, but are combined in this specific listing. We call one building the Lodge (The individual Lodge VRBO #ID is 1617688 .) and the other building is the Bunkhouse (The individual VRBO ID # for it is 1558580.) Both buildings are hooked up to an on-demand generator year round so if electricity was to be interrupted for any reason your heat, air, and other electrical needs would continue to function as normal.brbr The Lodge has a large master bedroom with a king size bed. Joining the master is a large master with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. This master also has an outstanding view of the river, and opens up onto the gorgeous back porch that sprawls across the entire length of the back of the lodge. The porch can seat 10 or more guest easily, and is a great place to gather. There is a second bedroom in the Lodge with a queen bed and one single. The lodge has a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. We have two dining tables that will seat 8 or more guests. The living area and kitchen have beautiful views of the river and access to the back porch. The living room has a couch, two swivel chairs, a big screen TV, and two recliners. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, oven, & dishwasher. We call this building our “Lodge because of its stunning hickory floors and breathtaking views of the White River.brbr The Bunkhouse has a nice covered deck that makes it perfect for viewing the river. It has two bedrooms upstairs that will sleep 8 to 10 people depending on their size. Also, upstairs is a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower/tub, and a living room with two couches and a TV. In the downstairs of the Bunkhouse is a bedroom with a no stair entrance. It sleeps 4 guests and has a bathroom with a shower included. Also, downstairs is a game room with a pool table, and pocker table, big screen TV, and lots of seating. Two garage doors attach to this game room to allow an open air feeling if the weather permits. brbr We have a unique grassy landing located right on the river bank. A staircase leads down to the landing from the top. The landing has 2 pavilions, a private boat ramp, swings, and fire pits. If someone in your party doesn't maneuver stairs well, it is possible to drive them to the landing in a 4 wheel drive vehicle or a side-by-side, if you wish to bring one.brbr Be sure to bring your fishing pole if you can because the White River can't be beat for catching trout. Guest can easily access fishing off the bank or by unloading their own boat at the private boat ramp (4x4 vehicles are recommended). We can provide names of several wonderful fishing guides. Your fishing guide can pick you and your group up and drop you off here. Guides can be hired for full days or half days and some guests pay for a shore lunch as well. This is something we highly recommend because these guides can cook! brbr When you get back from fishing we enjoy helping you keep the good times rolling. This property is perfect for outdoor cooking and making memories. We have several grill options. Let the fire in the fire pits roll as you watch trout jump and the fog move in. Firewood is on site and is covered under the minimul heating fee charged at checkout. Bring your s'mores because we have fire pits on the top and the bottom level. Your group can enjoy peacefully relaxing with family and friends in the large area outside overlooking the river.brbr If your schedule allows, make your stay long enough to enjoy some very unique local attractions. Bullshoals Dam along with the lake attractions are within 30 minutes. Your group might want to enjoy a meal from several great restaurants in Bullshoals. The Jim Gastons Visitors Center and the Bullshoals Dam have spectacular views and superb historical exhibits making it a must see local stop. The Bullshoals Lake Boat Dock rents bass boats, house boats, etc. Numerous antique stores can be found within a 50 mile radius. Mountain View has a special down home country charm to it. You will find pickin' & grinnin' on the square, and Blanchard Springs Caverns there. That is about 1.5 hours away. You might also enjoy floating the Buffalo National River or hiking at the Point where there are numerous well marked trails. The world famous Branson, MO is also within 1.5 hours. Branson offers its famous Silver Dollar City amusement park, go-karts, mini-golf, shows, and lots of shopping.brbr Our location is remote, if you like easy access to grocery stores or restuarants we might not be the best choice for you. We are about a 20 minute drive to town. However, we believe we are worth the drive and the peace you find here can't be found even in a small town. We have room for your group to spread out, throw a soft ball, freesbie, or horse shoe. We have WIFI through Starlink. We do offer ROKU streaming and provide HULU, Disney+, ESPN, Paramount+, and a few more. As owners, we believe the highlight of your trip will be slowing down and enjoying our beautiful property with family and friends.brbr Some of our guests have enjoyed having meals catered. AMAZING WINTER RATES ON THE WHITE RIVER! AMAZING FLY & SPIN FISHING IN BACKYARD!

We would like to welcome you to our homes. Here is our other home listing #1485548. If you need a fishing guide we highly recommend Cox's Guide Service @ #870-706-1648. There is some of the most amazing wade fishing and fly fishing and kayaking right in the backyard. The home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 2580 sq. ft. home with a large concrete patio area overlooking The White River and Bluff views. There is a fire pit (FIREWOOD NOT PROVIDED), a charcoal grill (CHARCOAL, LIGHTERS, LIGHTER FLUID NOT PROVIDED). There is a picnic table, plenty of outdoor furniture, 2 big decks and a covered carport. The home sits on 1.33 acres. We have 200’ of riverfront that we keep mowed and maintained. We have all the amenities of home including a 50” TV upstairs and a 55” TV downstairs with Dish, a DVD player with lots DVDs & Wifi. We are in a rural area. Wifi can be spotty. Our home sits on The White Hole stretch of The White River which is World Famous for producing Trophy Trout! There is ample room for parking. This home is equipped with a Generac generator, so no matter what Mother Nature dishes out, you will not be without electric. The home is so close to everything, but yet private, peaceful, and quiet. We are literally surrounded by wildlife. We love sitting on the deck in the morning having our coffee watching the fog burn off the river. It’s an amazing way to start your day. We are constantly catching Browns, Rainbows, & Cut Throats off our property! There is plenty of room to fly fish, also. It is easy to launch kayaks and canoes from the property and drift down to The White Hole public access which is only 3/10 of a mile from the home, which has a free public boat ramp to launch your boats. Also, only 6.8 miles from the home is a great access to Bull Shoals Lake where we catch numerous small mouth bass, large mouth bass, walleye and an occasional striper. The lake is full of numerous fresh water species. It is a clear water lake that is great for snorkeling, scuba diving, spear fishing, and all boating activities. We also love watching the wildlife from the deck. We see Bald Eagles, golden eagles, great blue herons, and geese. We also see red fox, chipmunks, and deer. We are just a short drive from Historical Cotter, The Trout Capital USA, which is a small historical town with a couple of cafes, The1930 era Rainbow Bridge. Also Flippin has a Walmart Supercenter and a couple of fast food places. Gassville has numerous fast food places, convenient stores, Mexican food and Bbq, burgers and pizza! Mountain Home, which is just a little farther from Gassville, has pretty much anything you could need or want in a little town, including great shopping and 2 movie theaters. Bull Shoals sits on the lake and has 2 huge marinas. It has a state park with canoe rentals, hiking and fishing. Also in Bull Shoals are the Bull Shoals caverns. It has a couple of great cafes, bakeries, and a pizza place! It also has a couple of more upscale restaurants. Canoeing and kayaking on any of the many rivers in the area are breathtaking. Our favorites are the White River and the Buffalo River. There are plenty of trails for hiking, caves for spelunking, and antique shops everywhere.brThe property has plenty of room for children to run and play safely. Family fun is just a short drive away through the beautiful Ozark Mountains to Branson which is just an 1½ - 2 hours from the home. There are year round shows, Zip lining, Silver Dollar City, & Branson Landing.
