The home sits at the end of a half-mile concrete driveway, offering peace and privacy. Outside, guests can enjoy the outdoor seating area and propane grill—ideal for soaking in the tranquil surroundings. The property also offers direct shoreline and lake access for kayaking and swimming (at your own risk), with Hickory Creek Marina just minutes away for easy boat access. Furnished with a plush chaise sectional, cozy floor cushions, oversized bean bag chairs, and more, this space is centered around our home's wood burning fireplace (available for use by all guests). Our living room also features a 65 Smart TV, books, and games. Through the living room, directly access our back deck - a hexagon shaped deck built specially for this house, complete with an octagonal picnic table and outdoor lounge seating. A massive nearby shade tree provides the perfect sun cover during the summer months. brbrbrbrBack inside, the upstairs floor of the house is home to the kitchen & half bath. Complete with gorgeous terrazzo tile flooring, a custom geometric butcher block island, and a locally made dining table. Our home is stocked with new appliances, plus all kitchen and cooking essential goods so you can whip up your favorite breakfasts, lunches, or dinners. The kitchen is also our favorite place to enjoy the dome's geometric sky lights and wood trimmed ceilings. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a delightful 20 acres on private property with mowed nature trails, an old barn that is over 100 years old, a farmhouse with such charm, and it all sits on the shoreline of Beaver Lake.brbrThis private property is at the end of a lane with a gated entrance, and is right on the water's edge with a 180 degree view of the lake.brbrNearest grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, urgent care, & bank are 15 minutes away.brbrThe Farm House On Beaver Lake is over 100 years old and was updated in 2014. We added modern amenities, while keeping the charm of farm house living; including orginial repurposed wood and shiplap. It has a large screened-in porch across the front of the house with a stunning view of the lake and The Barn. The living room has a 48 flat screen with OzarkGo cable & wifi, and a DVR. The dining room table comfortably seats 8; and there are additional tables, chairs, and TV trays. The kitchen has a 6 burner gas commercial range & stainless appliances; it is fully stocked with pots & pans, glasses, dishes, etc. The laundry room has full size washer & dryer with counter space for storage, and it leads to the backyard. There are five (5) bedrooms each with their own personality; one is downstairs and four are upstairs. Each bedroom has a queen bed; one also includes a crib and another also includes a twin bunk. There are two (2) bathrooms; one on each floor.brbrOutdoors includes an outdoor shower with hot & cold water, picnic table, gas grill, fire pit w/ 10 Adirondack chairs and string lights, tire swings, swing, and two 2-person kayaks with 4 adult life jackets. Bring your own children’s life jackets; life jackets are required when using the kayaks.brbrWe also have LOTS of wildlife. All the posted animal photos were taken on the property by me or my husband. So bring your camera! brbrThe shoreline is a easy stroll where you can safely swim with no steep drop-offs. We do not have a boat dock, but Hickory Creek Marina is only 5.6 miles - where you can launch your boat. We are on the south end of the lake across from point 12 where the White River and War Eagle River merge. This area of the lake is MUCH quieter than the area north of us.brbrAnd the location is GREAT. As you arrive to the home you'll find a lightly sloped driveway that easily accommodates 2 cars. As you enter the home you're greeted with an open concept living, kitchen, dining area. This is ideal for enjoying your time as a group and allows for everyone to interact together. The living room is well lit and furnished with comfortable seating, soft rug, and a 55' Roku smart TV for streaming your favorite shows or games. We also have a basket of games if you'd like to give the screen time a break. In the far nook of the living room you'll find a dedicated work space with desk and office chair because we know that sometimes work has to come with you. brbrFrom the living you open right up to the fully stocked kitchen that can accommodate all of your cooking needs. We have plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, small and large appliances, etc. We also have a beverage bar with coffee and tea for your enjoyment. Beside the kitchen is a large dining area with seating for 4. We also have barstools at the kitchen island to allow for additional seating.brbrThe master bedroom is located in the back of the home, has plenty of space and a large walk in closet. You'll find an incredibly comfortable queen size bed and a smart TV for streaming those favorite shows from bed. The master bedroom also has an en-suite full bathroom with a large walk-in shower and granite counter tops. brbrBedroom 2 & 3 are located down the hallway off of the living room and share a full bathroom accessed from the hallway as well. The driveway is flat and can easily accommodate 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles are welcome to street park. brbrStepping into the home you'll find an open entryway where you can drop your shoes and hang your coats. The entry leads into the open concept living/kitchen/dining area where the whole group can hang out and enjoy great company. The living room has a comfy couch and love seat where you can lounge and enjoy the large ROKU smart TV and cozy up to the gas fireplace on those cold nights. Gravitating to the beautiful brand new kitchen you'll find it fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs. Enjoy drip or Keurig coffee on us! We also have a large pantry for plenty of food storage during your stay. Our dining room accommodates 6 guests so the whole group can fit around the table for meals. With the large sliding glass doors there's plenty of natural light pouring into the whole kitchen/dining area. As you step out of those glass doors onto the covered patio you've got 4 cushioned patio chairs surrounding a propane fire pit so you can soak in the great outdoors while you stay. We also have a gas grill for guest use and a large, fully fenced, flat back yard.brbrStepping back inside I'll take you to the oversized master suite located separate from the other two bedrooms. Here you'll find a cozy king size bed, ROKU smart tv, rocking chair, dresser drawers, tray ceiling and more. The master bathroom has dual sinks, walk in shower, shower soaps, a large walk in closet and of course plenty of bath linens. brbrAt the front of the home you'll find bedrooms 2 & 3. Bedroom 2 has a plush queen size bed, ROKU smart TV, dresser drawers and a walk in closet. Bedroom 3 has two twin size beds, dresser drawers, double door closet and a dedicated work space. Inside the closet off bedroom 3 you'll find lots of fun games, cards & kids toys! Accessed from the hallway you'll find the second bathroom which bedrooms 2 & 3 share. This bathroom is fully stocked with bath linens, shower soaps, etc.brbrAnd of course we can't forget the 2 car garage which we have setup as a game room with a basketball arcade, air hockey table, corn hole boards, bike rack and 4 bikes that you're welcome to enjoy! We also keep a high chair and stroller in the garage if you're traveling with the little ones. brbrWe look forward to hosting you at Park View Place.brbrGuests will have access to the entire home (minus cleaners closets) and yard.
