Blanchard Springs and the Blanchard Springs Caverns are great locations to explore just past Mountain View. Hiking is abundant in the nearby parks and the Ozark National Forest. The master bedroom, bathroom, and an additional bathroom/laundry room (washer & dryer are full-sized) are also located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an open sitting room. The sitting room includes a futon which can sleep 2. You can even hire a fishing guide for the lake or rivers. If you're up for a scenic drive, Mountain View is only 45 minutes away. They offer shopping, craft classes, and music in the square on Saturday evenings in the summer. Blanchard Springs and the Blanchard Springs Caverns are great locations to explore just past Mountain View. Hiking is abundant in the nearby parks and the Ozark National Forest. The Buffalo River, known for great canoeing, kayaking, and fishing is only a 1 1/2 hour drive.
