This one cottage along with the owner's house is all that is on a 30 acre tract of land surrounded on 3 sides by Corps of Engineer property to keep us from being too close to the lake. Even though, we can't access the lake on our property the closest public area, Caddo Drive Area is just past our driveway. DeGray Lake Resort State Park is 3 miles from our driveway. Edgewood Drive and Caddo Drive areas offers swimming, boat ramps, and picnicking.
