Contemporary Home near Capitol Hill

The property is great! Modern, great WiFi and TV! Computer on site. Book full of great info. Just be mindful property has stairs to enter and is two story. Owner is attentive to needs!!! Extremely comfortable, safe and updated!

Great location with easy access to public transportation if you need it. Uber and Doordash were also able to be utilized with no issues. House is clean and Shia is a wonderful host. We'd stay here again if we visit DC in the future.

This property was a lovely home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The home was neat, and clean. It was bright and cheery. Parking was easy. Access was easy. The home was out of a few basics to tidy up things like the kitchen counters after cooking. But that was really small compared to everything else. The proximity to The National Mall was excellent and easy to get there. The reference material to successfully navigate the broader neighborhood was also welcome.

My family and I just stayed 7/24-7/28 and we were impressed with the fact the home had everything we needed and more. It was updated with modern appliances, clean, comfortable beds and we thought the home was decorated well. Location was good!

This beautiful home was clean, cozy, well-appointed, and laid out nicely for family travel. It is located in a quiet, charming neighborhood within close proximity to multiple DC destinations. The host was gracious with communications and accommodations.

My daughter and I stayed here for a week, I traveled from Hawaii and my daughter came from Montana. This is a truly lovely home on a quiet side street. Everything is extremely clean, the beds are comfortable and there are many additional items in the home that are super helpful when traveling, so as laundry soap, lots of spices, oils, soy sauce, etc. and that was so very much appreciated! Shia was so fast to respond and was very sweet. I asked if there was a way to make the shower water hotter and she had a plumber there the next day to address my request- amazing! Loved our stay.

My friends and I stayed here to be close to the capital and also our local friends. The place was roomy, clean, and the host was available for questions. It was a great stay. Awesome host.

The house was exactly as it shows in the pictures online - very clean, spacious, contemporary and comfortable. We had tours, exhibits, restaurants, concerts and shows lined up for most of the weekend, so didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, but it was great to come back to in the evening and relax, as well as start the day off with breakfast here. We had a question about the heating, and were easily able to get hold of Shia, who was most accommodating and immediately addressed our concern.
