(There are some great fishing opportunities in the Mountain View area, on the White River and in Blanchard Spring Recreation Area.)brKayaks and canoes are (USUALLY) available on the creek bank. Please check with the host in advance if you know you want to use them.brThe water level and clarity of the water will vary depending on the time of year and weather.brYou are invited to bring ATVs to ride. Shooting is also allowed. Please contact the host in advance about where to shoot.brbrThings to know:brThe house is on a dirt road. Condition varies. It's always passable by car, but it can be bumpy or muddy at times. Some areas of the property may be accessible only by 4wd or on foot, especially during wet weather.brCell service is spotty. AT&T works at the house, but service is not reliable as you get away from the house. You can drive along the road back toward town and pick up service in a mile or so. Other providers are worse. This tiny house is only 15 minutes from the square in Mountain View. The queen bed has extra storage. You get the best of both worlds, beautiful peaceful country setting and town with all of the events close by. You will enjoy going to bed and hearing the crickets and frogs and waking up hearing the early morning birds. brbrThis has a washer and dryer inside, as you can see in the pictures.brbrThere is no cell service, but there is Wifi. If your smart phone has wifi calling capabilities then you can turn that setting on and make and receive calls and texts as if you had normal cell service. My family is closeby, but there is a privacy fence in between this house and our house. You will feel secluded even with me nearby. brbrThere is a grill and fireplace outside for you to enjoy, and you are welcome to pitch a tent even next to the house and have an extra guest or two (no more than two extra guests). Pets are welcome. brbrThere is everything you need in the house for an enjoyable stay. You don’t need to bring any cookware or utensils, I provide everything, even grilling utensils. There is a keurig machine and regular coffee maker. I don’t provide shampoo or other body care products, so be sure to bring those. I do provide keurig coffee products, and I figured it was a fair exchange for the body care products.
