Our home is one of the largest homes in the neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated for your enjoyment. Our large family room will make you feel like you are at home. House is 2,700 sq ft. The house is a close 2.5 miles from the well-known National Zoo. Also, a quick 10 minute walk to the METRO station that has a direct route to the National Mall - a perfect tourist destination.

Stayed Oct 22, 2025Beautiful home in great condition. The home is very well done. Brought the whole family for the trip. Plenty of basic amenities, towels, kitchen equipment. Great communication from the host and a quiet neighborhood. Couldn’t ask for better stay.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025We loved the location and the house was beautiful! We had plenty of room for 8 people. We had everything we needed to make meals at the house. We were close to a bus stop and metro stop. We took Uber rides when we went sightseeing. Gladys was very nice and informative. We had a great time!

Stayed May 6, 2025The property was exactly as described! It was spacious and comfortable for our group of seven. The house was a short walk to the Metro, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. Gladys was responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this property for anyone exploring D.C. It is also close to Howard University.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025The property was very clean, comfortable and plenty of room for my family of 7. Ms. Gladys was very helpful in letting us know how to use the Metro and good places to eat (Honeymoon Chicken was Delish). We were early for check in and she was graceful enough to let us leave our luggage in the living room until check in. It was a great place for me and my family to enjoy Washington DC. Stayed Nov 7, 2024We are 6 adults and 3 children ages 2 to7. This home is gorgeous and was perfectly located for all our travels in the area and we enjoyed our walks in the beautiful neighborhood. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The cleanliness was outstanding!! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property for all potential future guests

Stayed Sep 2, 2024This home worked great for our long visit with family living nearby in Petworth. A couple of things worth highlighting are how clean it was and how well equipped the kitchen is, including the small appliances (two types of coffeemakers!). I got an immediate response to a couple of questions I had. Plan to stay here again.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024The house was clean and comfortable. The location is about 20 minutes driving distance from the center of Washington DC. We drove and parked in the garage in the city and then took the subway to the White House and rode the Big Bus tour to see the monuments. Grocery stores were near by.
