It is a two-story home, and each floor has its own full kitchen and front loading washer and dryer set. There are separately controlled central air and heating systems for the upstairs and downstairs, and there are ceiling fans throughout. These features make it private even when your group might consist of two families traveling together or children with different sleep times and temperature settings! brbrThere is a covered boat dock, separate large swimming dock, and lakeside patio with table and seating. Pets can roam outside freely in the large fenced yard. We recently added two kayaks and a stand up paddle board so that you can enjoy Lake Hamilton even more!brbrDownstairs there is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and adjoining full bathroom with shower. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove (with convection cooking and a warming drawer), microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto a screened-in porch with seating. There is also an eating area with seating for six and a living room with two separate seating areas overlooking the lake, one with DISH TV/DVD. The living room opens onto a large deck (with seating) with superb views of the 100 feet of lakefront which the home offers. A second full bathroom with a shower/bath is downstairs. All rooms except the bedroom and bathrooms have lake views. The downstairs floor of the house sleeps two people.brbrThe larger upstairs has two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. There is a full bathroom with shower/bath. Adjacent to the bathroom there is second washer and dryer set. The kitchen has a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen opens onto the dining room which has a table with seating for six. In the living room there is a sofa and loveseat and Satellite TV/DVD. It has a similar floor plan, and the same rustic appearance, as those original small one-bedroom cabins, and many of the same features and amenities. However, it has a more spacious feel, with a high vaulted ceiling throughout, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, and a balcony deck off the bedroom. It has central heat and air conditioning for year round comfort. Sleeping accommodations include a queen size bed in the bedroom and a futon couch in the living room that folds down into a comfortable double bed. They are also our first cabins to have more than one bathroom! brbrThe first floor of each of these cabins has a large open kitchen/dining/living area with high vaulted ceilings soaring nearly 20 feet. The kitchen includes a full-size range, sizable refrigerator, microwave oven, and automatic coffeemaker. A free-standing gas stove with gas logs offers the ambiance and atmosphere of a fireplace, while a futon couch provides a relaxing place for reading, watching TV, or snoozing. It also converts into a comfortable double bed if extra sleeping space is needed. There's a flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as an AM/FM radio with CD player.brbrThe back portion of the first floor features two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom with tub/shower combo.brbrUpstairs, there's a third bedroom, also with queen-size bed, a second bath ~ this one featuring a jetted tub with shower (a standard-size bathtub with Jacuzzi-style jets), so you can grab a quick shower, bathe, or take your time and soak in the luxury of the jets. This bathroom connects to the bedroom, so it can be closed off and used as part of a master suite, if desired, or used separately. There's also a sizable loft with a second futon couch that folds down into a double bed. The loft even includes a second TV and DVD player.brbr- Brand new for the summer of 2013, this is the second of our large, three-bedroom cabins. Styled to resemble our two-bedroom cabins, with rustic siding and fully-planked knotty pine walls and ceilings, Cabin F has a large open living/dining/kitchen area across the front half of the first floor, with two bedrooms and a full bath in the back half of that level. Upstairs there's a third bedroom, a second bath (with a standard-size jetted tub), and a loft area. The upstairs bath connects to the bedroom, so it can be closed off and the area used as a master suite. All 3 bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and both the Living Room and Loft have a futon couch that folds down into a comfortable double bed. This cabin features satellite TV, and also has a DVD player and AM/FM radio with CD player. There are ceiling fans throughout and a very high vaulted ceiling in the living room, which gives a very spacious, open feeling to your cabin. There's also a huge covered porch with log columns across the entire front of the cabin, and a true lakefront feel to this cabin, which is located about 30 feet from the water. There's a flat screen TV and DVD player, as well as an AM/FM radio with CD player.brbrThe back portion of the first floor features two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom with tub/shower combo.brbrUpstairs, there's a third bedroom, also with queen-size bed, a second bath ~ this one featuring a jetted tub with shower (a standard-size bathtub with Jacuzzi-style jets), so you can grab a quick shower, bathe, or take your time and soak in the luxury of the jets. This bathroom connects to the bedroom, so it can be closed off and used as part of a master suite, if desired, or used separately. There's also a sizable loft with a second futon couch that folds down into a double bed. The loft even includes a second TV and DVD player.brbr- Finished just in time for Christmas, 2011, this is the first of our large, three-bedroom cabins. Styled to resemble our two-bedroom cabins, with rustic siding and fully-planked knotty pine walls and ceilings, Cabin E has a large open living/dining/kitchen area across the front half of the first floor, with two bedrooms and a full bath in the back half of that level. Upstairs there's a third bedroom, a second bath (with a standard-size jetted tub), and a loft area. The upstairs bath connects to the bedroom, so it can be closed off and the area used as a master suite. All 3 bedrooms have a queen-size bed, and both the Living Room and Loft have a futon couch that folds down into a comfortable double bed. This is our first cabin to feature satellite TV, and also has a DVD player and AM/FM radio with CD player. There are ceiling fans throughout and a very high vaulted ceiling in the living room, which gives a very spacious, open feeling to your cabin. There's also a huge covered porch with log columns across the entire front of the cabin, and a true lakeside feel to this waterfront cabin located just a few feet from the water.
