Plenty of cafes and bars within walking distance, and a rec center with an open-air basketball court and soccer field around the corner. You’re close to Howard University, MedStar Center, and Catholic University.

The rowhouse is in the Park View/Petworth neighborhood, which has some nice local cafes, breakfast spots, dive bars, andrestaurants. You'll be near to local businesses and a community rec center.

Each bedroom has firm beds and pillows, ample closet space for a comfortable experience, and a cozy workspace for telework and video calls. Fast and reliable WiFi. Free personal use of washer/dryer.

A few quick disclaimers:
- The bathroom and two of the bedrooms require walking up stairs. The stairwell does not have a safe gate for toddlers and young children.
- There is ordinarily a dog living in the house. Although we do our best to clean, this may impact guests with significant pet allergies.
- Visible security video cameras are at the front and rear entrances but do not record anything inside the house.
