Old Tucson , once a Film Studio for over 300 Western Movies , now a theme park, is a 15 minute drive through the park. Iron Wood National Monument is a 15 minute drive to the west for wide open uninhabited desert experiences and hikes with ancient petroglyphs. br Downtown Tucson is only 30 minutes away and Tucson International airport is also only 40 minutes away. The Tucson Mountains separate this home from the city so you’re able to enjoy the peace of the desert yet still “go to town”. Plenty of private parking including trailer and or an RV.
