Fence is only 3 ft high so larger dogs may not stay in. brbrGuesthouse has parking on the left side of the driveway and on the quiet neighborhood street. brbrFriendly dogs welcome, cats need permission with agreement.brbrGo through the rusty metal fence, past the main house and through the courtyard to the guesthouse. brbrEnter into the sitting / dining room with two lazy boy recliners, lots of reading and games provided. The sitting room has Small cafe style table and chairs, brightly lit room with high ceilings and french doors. brbrThrough the doors to the Rustic kitchen, with most everything you need. Kitchen has a medium sized frig, cooktop only two burner stove, toaster oven, microwave, electric frying pan.brbrThen swing left into the spacious bedroom area. Lots of drawer space, a small clothing rack, and Smart TV. brbrThere is a washer and dryer in courtyard area is free to use behind the bamboo partion. Please do not use the tenants laundry supplies and abide by hours of use but otherwise free to use. hours are 8 am to 8 pm. Cleaning supplies and Vacuum are also in there. brbrWe like to know who you are when you rent so tell us a little about yourself and what brings you to stay in our studio. brbrCoffee & tea provided for a few days stay. brbrMountain and desert activities for hiking, skiing, shopping etcbrbrPlease note there are outdoor cameras on the property for everyone's protection. Casita G (830sf) is part of a 15 unit apartment complex where all units are situated around a saltwater pool. It has a fenced in yard for privacy and carefully chosen furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment. Both bedrooms have king size beds with linens and coordinated decor, the living room has leather furniture, a flat screen tv, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils. A washer and dryer are located in the casita as well. The property is centrally located to all of Tucson's tourist attractions, the University of Arizona and area hospitals. We do provide free secure parking in our gated parking lot for one car per casita. All parking is in assigned parking spaces. Traveling with a second vehicle, they are able to park on the street outside the complex, or if available we do have a few additional parking spaces for rent at $10 per night extra. Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed provided they are not a 'pit bull or pit bull mix', do not bark, and are not left in the unit alone unless crated. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit. NO OTHER TYPES OF PETS ARE ALLOWED!brbrPlease note: hosting a party, or group gathering such as a wedding, funeral, circus, baby showers, birthday parties, dinner parties etc are not allowed and will result in immediate eviction. The cameras are located on the exterior of the buildings and allow the Owners to view the parking lot, property entrances, pool area and rear portion of the site. No cameras view or record inside the building or in the private rear yards of each unit. brbrPool: there is a large pool in the center of the property that is open 8 am to 8 pm and is for use by paying guests only. All kids 17 and under must be supervised by an adult-the adult must be in the pool area when their underaged guest/child is in the pool area. We do not heat the pool. brbrSmoking is allowed in parking lot only, smoking is not allowed on other areas on this property. You will be asked to leave the property and forfeit the remaining portion of your payment if found to be smoking in the unit or refuse to smoke only in the parking lot. If smoking is noticed inside our rental, you will be charged for a thorough professional cleaning at a minimum of $250 to clean all bedding, furniture, walls, etc. brbrAdditional charges- brbrRental rate is based upon double occupancy (meaning up to 2 people in a unit) We charge for additional guests above 2-this includes kids. Additional guest fee is $30 per person per night. Have someone stay just one night-you need to pay for that guest for that one night ahead of time.
