Stayed May 2, 2025Lovely guest house. Cute space with refreshing A/C units. The bed was very comfortable. Not sure how large the water heater was. It could have been larger. All in all, the stay was very pleasant. Thank you!

Stayed Mar 29, 2025This place had everything we were looking for. As a couple that knew Tucson and had an agenda, we needed a basic place centrally located and easy to get in/get out. This was a really great place for all of that. Our host was responsive and accommodating. Oh and a super quiet neighborhood was much appreciated. Definitely coming back.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024The cottage was perfect for my 3 day retreat, very clean, quiet, great locataion with restaurants,Trader Joe's, Whole Foods,Frys all within minutes if you decided to cook the host had everything needed. The private patio was a plus to enjoy after exploring Tuscon. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed May 15, 2024The property was quiet and private. It suited my needs. I had to leave a day early due to my father's health condition. The only negatives, albeit minor, were that I found the air conditioning units were loud. And, it would have been a plus if the yard had been raked of debris. My young dogs still get into everything! Thank you for the stay.

Stayed Apr 23, 2024This rental was the perfect little spot and getaway! I was only in Tucson for a couple days and this little guesthouse was such a nice place to relax and unwind. The owners were super friendly and were quick to respond the couple times I had questions. Off street parking was nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. The check in and check out process was super easy and all instructions were clear on checking out and anything else needing to be done before leaving (which wasn’t a lot, mainly making sure lights were shut off and whatnot).
