In addition to the large master located on the east side of the home, there is a split floor plan guest quarters on the west side of the home with an attached bathroom that has it's own patio located off french doors. This space has added privacy and is nice for separate guest privacy. brbrAll homes are cleaned and sanitized by 2 to 3 cleaners for approximately 4 to 5 hours hours between guests.brbr* We have exterior outdoor security cameras at the front, sides and at the rear corners of the property (south, west, east and north corners in case there are any complaints. THEY ARE NOT MONITORED. They are only used if a complaint is given from a neighbor about noise or a large number of people are entering the property.brbrNOTE ABOUT POOL HEATINGbrDuring the late Fall and Winter months (October 15 - May 15) the pool is constantly heated. However, due to overnight temperature drops the pool may require a pool cover be applied during the nighttime hours in order to keep the pool 80 to 85 degrees. This is typically done in December-February. Pool cover service (cover applied at night and removed in the morning) is included and handled by a service with a flexible schedule for the guest. However the guest can have the option to handle the cover themselves and would need to be discussed with the host. brbrProper pool cover application is important and widely used in Arizona because of the low overnight desert temperatures which drops the pool water temperature by several degrees. Using the pool cover overnight maintains the temperature while the heat pump runs.brbrHOT TUBbrWe have an above ground hot tub. The above ground hot tub was purchased new in 2024. The hot tub is heated and can hold up to 5 adults. brbrPOOL SAFETYbrThe Pool has an optional (removable) 5 foot mesh pool fence barrier that can be in place with all parties with children. This pool barrier is in accordance with city code/pool barrier laws and serves to keep children from having unassisted access to the pool using a lockable self-closing gate. For months June, July, Aug & Sept we require the tenant put the electrical bill in their name for their stay. The location can't be beat, within walking distance of the best shops & dining, and a short drive from ballparks & attractions. brbrThe space: This is a non-smoking townhome. Mid-century built block wall townhouse. brbrModern design yet cozy and charming. We fully renovated the unit. Our goal was to make it the most complete rental in Old Town. brbrThe location is incredible, being within walking distance to the best shops and dining in the Phoenix Valley. This unit is NOT down the road or a cab ride from Old Town, it's actually *IN* Old Town Scottsdale so you can walk to all the patio bars if you wanted to, you can walk less than 100 yards in to the doors of the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall! You're also a short drive from all the spring training ball parks and all other attractions in Phoenix.brbr Fully appointed kitchen with quality silverware, dishwasher, and high end cookware for 6 or more, including everything you need for babies, toddlers, & kids (like a high chair, plasticware, cups with lids, and baby spoons). The large island is great for entertaining. There is a small washer and dryer off the back of the kitchen as well. brbrLiving room has comfortable seating and a large LED Smart TV with Netflix access included. There are also a few children's books and kids toys as well as board games in the entertainment center.brbrExtra large master bedroom includes a pillow top king with comforter, chest, two nightstands, a full length mirror, and a large closet. It also has a sofa that turns into a queen bed (great for families with young kids). In the closet you will also find a pack and play with mattress, sheets, & a small baby blanket. Master bedroom overlooks common greenbelt full of citrus and the pool.brbrGuest bedroom includes a queen memory foam mattress with comforter, two night stands, a chair, and a full length mirror. This bedroom has views of Camelback mountain.brbrWe have been thoughtful in all aspects of this rental with unexpected details such as USB/Outlet plugs on both sides of the beds and by the sofa, Bluetooth speakers in every room, a baby gate for the stairs, a Keurig with to-go coffee cups since we know you will be on the go, extra phone chargers because we know those often get forgotten, and a twin size rolling bed, just to name a few. We left no stone unturned to make this your best vocational rental experience yet.brbrThis property was a vacation rental unit for us many years ago, before we went to annual renters. After the renovation, it has returned to a vacation rental once again. We have experience in the past 12 years with other rentals we own. We live within 1 mile of the unit and love Old Town. There is so much to do and see all year 'round. We promise the location doesn't get better than this.brbr*All guests on your booking must be registered in your itinerary after booking and you must acknowledge that you’ve read the house rules prior to beginning your stay. Booking guest must be present for the duration of the booking. No bachelorette/bachelor parties, and absolutely no amplified music or loud noise.*brbrGuest access:brThere are two pools (they alternate heat between the pools each year), a coin-op laundry room for large loads, one carport space and one uncovered guest parking space.brbrOther things to note:brOur entire townhome community is set up on a chiller/boiler system. This means that during the winter months, the community has heat and in the summer months, the community has AC. You can use the thermometer located near the downstairs bathroom to control the heat or AC (during respective times of year) to turn it on or off according to your set temperature.brbr*Please note: when the community has the heat switched on, you cannot run the AC, and when the community has AC switched on, you cannot run heat.brbrThere are a few weeks between seasons each year where it can get a little warm or a little cool before they make the heat/AC transition. We have heaters and fans in each bedroom and in the downstairs closet to help with this transition if necessary. We kindly ask you to please understand that this is not within our control.
