Thanks for viewing our fully renovated Southwest Meets Boho Old Town Scottsdale Townhome! It's impeccably designed and well appointed with all you need for a comfy stay. The location can't be beat, within walking distance of the best shops & dining, and a short drive from ballparks & attractions.

The space: This is a non-smoking townhome. Mid-century built block wall townhouse.

Modern design yet cozy and charming. We fully renovated the unit. Our goal was to make it the most complete rental in Old Town.

The location is incredible, being within walking distance to the best shops and dining in the Phoenix Valley. This unit is NOT down the road or a cab ride from Old Town, it's actually *IN* Old Town Scottsdale so you can walk to all the patio bars if you wanted to, you can walk less than 100 yards in to the doors of the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall! You're also a short drive from all the spring training ball parks and all other attractions in Phoenix.

Fully appointed kitchen with quality silverware, dishwasher, and high end cookware for 6 or more, including everything you need for babies, toddlers, & kids (like a high chair, plasticware, cups with lids, and baby spoons). The large island is great for entertaining. There is a small washer and dryer off the back of the kitchen as well.

Living room has comfortable seating and a large LED Smart TV with Netflix access included. There are also a few children's books and kids toys as well as board games in the entertainment center.

Extra large master bedroom includes a pillow top king with comforter, chest, two nightstands, a full length mirror, and a large closet. It also has a sofa that turns into a queen bed (great for families with young kids). In the closet you will also find a pack and play with mattress, sheets, & a small baby blanket. Master bedroom overlooks common greenbelt full of citrus and the pool.

Guest bedroom includes a queen memory foam mattress with comforter, two night stands, a chair, and a full length mirror. This bedroom has views of Camelback mountain.

We have been thoughtful in all aspects of this rental with unexpected details such as USB/Outlet plugs on both sides of the beds and by the sofa, Bluetooth speakers in every room, a baby gate for the stairs, a Keurig with to-go coffee cups since we know you will be on the go, extra phone chargers because we know those often get forgotten, and a twin size rolling bed, just to name a few. We left no stone unturned to make this your best vocational rental experience yet.

This property was a vacation rental unit for us many years ago, before we went to annual renters. After the renovation, it has returned to a vacation rental once again. We have experience in the past 12 years with other rentals we own. We live within 1 mile of the unit and love Old Town. There is so much to do and see all year 'round. We promise the location doesn't get better than this.

*All guests on your booking must be registered in your itinerary after booking and you must acknowledge that you’ve read the house rules prior to beginning your stay. Booking guest must be present for the duration of the booking. No bachelorette/bachelor parties, and absolutely no amplified music or loud noise.*

Guest access:
There are two pools (they alternate heat between the pools each year), a coin-op laundry room for large loads, one carport space and one uncovered guest parking space.

Other things to note:
Our entire townhome community is set up on a chiller/boiler system. This means that during the winter months, the community has heat and in the summer months, the community has AC. You can use the thermometer located near the downstairs bathroom to control the heat or AC (during respective times of year) to turn it on or off according to your set temperature.

*Please note: when the community has the heat switched on, you cannot run the AC, and when the community has AC switched on, you cannot run heat.

There are a few weeks between seasons each year where it can get a little warm or a little cool before they make the heat/AC transition. We have heaters and fans in each bedroom and in the downstairs closet to help with this transition if necessary. We kindly ask you to please understand that this is not within our control.
