It also provides some numbers and addresses that might be helpful, such as bike shops and emergency contacts. This property is not far from the new Mayo Clinic and other medical facilities, so you can plan your recuperation here. It is also ideal for snow birds who come for the winter to escape harsh weather at home. It would be centrally located for baseball fans to come and enjoy the various Major League Baseball Teams who practice in Phoenix's Cactus League. It would be great for anyone who wants to bicycle on trails without having to drive to them. Look out the back gate! The trail is right there and it connects to further trails. A map is provided. This property is also right next to a nice Lutheran Church that you can see right out the back yard, across the park.
