• We welcome respectful travelers who value our homes as much as we do. All bookings are subject to our standard guest screening and ID verification process.
• Pool heating is available as an add-on for the full duration of your stay. Hot tub heating is always included.
• A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
• A valid credit card and government-issued ID must be submitted after booking to finalize your reservation.
• Parties, weddings, events, bachelor/bachelorette's of any kind are not permitted.
• Standard occupancy is limited to 12 guests. Up to 4 additional guests may be approved in advance at $150/night per person.
• Unauthorized guests or exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval may incur a $250 per person, per night fee.
• Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in removal without refund.
• For stays of 30 nights or more, a refundable security deposit and signed Long-Term Addendum are required.

    Phenomenal experience! From the time of booking through checkout, the host was exceptional. Communication was great and they were looking to make for a great experience. The home was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Thanks for a great stay. Will definitely return.

    Property itself and location are 10/10. Management was also great. Cleaning crew missed a massive half eaten turkey in the fridge and there was a loud dripping leak by the kitchen. Management the handled the leftover food problem within 30 minutes and the leak was handled the following day (after a rough night). They offered two days of housekeeping for the inconvenience or a move to another property which was very fair. Overall, pretty good experience. I would likely book again.

    There are no words to describe how beautiful our stay was in this home. All of the window walls provide a frame for the gorgeous city views at night as well as the red rocks of Camelback Mountain. We will be back! And Tyler took great care of us!

    Our family really enjoyed the house. The house manager was very responsive when we had issues with hot water and shades. The house is well located within proximity of Scottsdale amenities, restaurants and activities. The view is wonderful, especially at night. It works well for a family or with friends. The kitchen / living room area is great. There's a little deck on the roof where you can chill out in the evening and it's heaven. We'll definitely be back.

    Overall we had a great experience renting the property. Couple of minor plumbing issues when we first arrived but the management company was on it right away to fix the issues. While the inside of the property was very clean on our arrival the outside could have used a little extra touch (beer cans in some bushes, ping pong balls in the water fall). Overall 5 stars and would definitely stay there again.
