Nestled in the heart of Greer, this cabin has modern amenities and quiet surroundings. Breathe some fresh mountain air and relax in peace and quiet here. It is very likely that you will see wildlife from the giant windows or while relaxing on the extended new porch. We have a roll out gate at the top of the deck. brbrbrbrThe cabin has a bedroom and bathroom on each side with a comfy living room, kitchen and dining area in between. There is a gas fireplace in the main area for heat and ambiance. Our TV is 40` flat screen for streaming your favorite channels. We have paid subscriptions for SLING, HULU & Netflix loaded on there also for sports and live programs. King beds are in both bedrooms and one bedroom has a twin bed for an extra `little`. Both bathtub/showers are jetted tubs for ultimate relaxation. The cabin has a gas range/oven for cooking family meals and our kitchen is stocked with all your needs to prepare and serve a meal for up to 8 people. We do have a dishwasher and supply all dishwashing products. Just bring your own food, toiletries and clothes! All the beds and bathrooms are made up with high quality linens, ready for your arrival. There is a new infrared/propane BBQ grill on the porch for your use and comfy chairs and umbrella table to hang out. We provide propane for the grill. Lots of local activity happens in the Summer months.brbrbrbrGreer is a great place for biking and walking. The village is a stretch of 2 miles. We are walking distance to trout stocked Tunnel, Bunch, and River lakes for fishing or just a nice walk with the dog during fair weather & a short 15 minute drive to Sunrise Ski Resort,. The official sledding hill & cross country ski trails are even closer. Our cabins are tucked back in the pines, away from the road giving children plenty of room to play.

Welcome to the finest cabin in all of Arizona!! Peace and quiet far away from anything busy combined with high-end living. This newer and spacious cabin is located on a secluded lot inside the exclusive community of Hidden Meadow Ranch, the most prestigious private ranch community of the White Mountains of Arizona. The lot overlooks a lake and lush green mountains and borders millions of acres of beautiful national forest land full of wildlife, pine trees and crisp clean air. The area is so secluded that it is common to see elk and other wildlife feeding in the meadow or swimming in the pond on an early morning. The tap water in the cabin comes from a community well and is BETTER than bottled water! This cabin has all of the luxury amenities expected with a high-end home yet is casual enough to accommodate large families with children. This is simply the most gorgeous land in all of Arizona and you will not be disappointed! Although the cabin is located within Hidden Meadow Ranch, community amenities including access to horses and fishing is reserved for members only and not available for guests of members. brbrAs mentioned above, the cabin was built and designed to accommodate the owner's large family, but we limit the amount of guests to 15 total. The cabin is two stories with two bedrooms upstairs (along with a large loft / game room) and 3 bedrooms downstairs including the Master Bedroom. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are plenty large. Each bedroom has a queen sized foam mattress under the bed which could easily accommodate young children sleeping on the floor if needed. Each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom. brbrThe first floor of the cabin also includes a spacious kitchen, dining room and living area. There is also a half bathroom, computer area and a laundry room. The living room / dining room has excellent window views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The cabin also has a two-car garage and other cemented areas for multiple cars.brbrAs seen in the photos, there is a large play area for children with multiple swings and a large Ramada. The Ramada is owned with the adjoining property owner and can be rented for $30/day extra. The Ramada has a 2 BBQ grills, an outdoor sink and has more than enough room to seat everyone. This is perfect for outdoor eating during the summer months. The Ramada is not available during the winter months.brbrThe property sits next to a pond which provides an amazing view. As mentioned above, the pond is private and not available for fishing or other uses. However, there are several public fishing options in the general Greer area including Canero lake which is only a few miles away.brbrThe cabin is ONLY 15 miles (30 min drive) from the turn-off to Sunrise Ski Resort on highway 260. It was thoughtfully planned and rebuilt after being lost in the Wallow Fire in 2011. The mountains are recovering and forest life surrounds us again. Greer is a tiny `hamlet` surrounded by the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest. Hiking, biking, OHV, horse and ski trails and geocaches are in every direction. Greer Lakes are 2 1/2 miles back to the North and Big Lake and other great fishing lakes are within 40 minutes or less. We supply a local publication, `Hit The Trails` magazine, to help get you familiar with 38 local Greer trailheads and accompanying maps. Our `Welcome Book` has local information, menus and business flyers for your convenience.brbrGetting to Greer is about a 4 1/2 hour trip from most parts of Phoenix and Tucson which are where most of our guests travel from. Winter travel may be difficult without 4WD/chains or AWD and good tires. The roads are maintained but Mother Nature makes the rules around here so always be prepared. Our driveway is snowplowed in the winter but may still be difficult with insufficient tread or ability. The cabin itself is 1 mile South on East Fork Road which runs along the East side of the river at the base of Butler Butte and some other named areas. Our property has two separate cabins, but we rent it all together. When we visit, we like to put the kids in the bunkhouse and escape to peace and quiet in the main cabin. Our cabin is perfect for large or multi-families. Altogether we have 2 bedrooms (plus a bunkhouse)/3 bathrooms/1 King Bed/1 queen bed/1 full sleeper sofa/2 twin bunk beds/1 twin sleeper sofa - sleeps 8-9. brbrOur 1 acre property feels wide-open and is fully fenced. Enjoy the stunning views of the mountains and valley around Greer from our large outdoor patio. Let your kids run free in our fully fenced yard while enjoying a beverage or meal on our deck. brbrOur main cabin is ~1300SF, has a full kitchen, laundry closet (bring your own laundry detergent), a room with a king bed, a room with a queen bed, a pullout couch (twin size), 2 bathrooms, a large/cozy living room, a dining table for 6, multiple comfy couches, blazing-fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku, and 2 desks/workspaces. Sleeps 5. brbrOur bunkhouse is ~500 SF, has a kitchenette (mini-fridge & microwave), bunk beds (2), a pullout couch (full size), a bathroom with a beautiful claw foot soaking tub, couches, a table with seating for 4, blazing-fast Starlink wifi, a large flat screen TV with Roku and DVD player. Sleeps 3-4. brbrWhen it's time to eat, our main cabin kitchen has everything you need to feed everyone. A full oven and stove, microwave, and all the kitchen utensils and supplies you need to feed a crowd. We also have a propane BBQ grill on the patio.brbrDon't feel like cooking Molly Butler Lodge and Restaurant and Rendezvous Diner are both a short 5-10 minute walk away. There are 2 more restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Take the quick 15-20 minute drive to Eager/Springerville for almost any dining genre you want.brbrLong day hiking the White Mountain trails or tearing up the slopes at Sunrise Ski Resort We supply fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
