It feature 3,000 square feet of spacious living space that includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The home includes a kitchen with an island that can seat over 10 people. The upper level kitchen is part of the great room that includes a wall of windows with cathedral ceilings. The house has two living areas with large sectional sofas and each one has its own gas fireplace. brbrOur new home sits on the same great lot that our old cottage sat on. The yard has beautiful mature trees, a fire pit, dock, and pontoon (minimal per stay charge). The home is located on a very quiet dead-end road, and only 5 minutes to the grocery store / downtown area.brbrIrogami Lake is a clean, shallow (maximum depth is about 8 feet), safe, low traffic lake. It is a full recreation lake perfect for skiing, tubing, wake boarding, fishing, etc. brRest assured, your boat will work great on this lake despite the shallow depth and your skiers will be happy to not fight traffic. brbrEven though ski hours are 6am to 8:30pm (10am-8:30pm weekends and holidays), the lake is quiet enough that you can use our paddle boards, kayaks, canoe, paddle boat, row boat, fish, or swim, etc without issue. brbrThe home is perfect for your large group; sleeping 17 people in beds, 2 people on a sleeper sofa, and 1 child or small adult on a roll out bed. We also have a queen sized air mattress that two children could sleep on in the living room or game room.
