Welcome to the only new home offered on Silver Lake. Our lake home was just completed in May of 2022. It feature 3,000 square feet of spacious living space that includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The home includes a kitchen with an island that can seat over 10 people. The upper level kitchen is part of the great room that includes a wall of windows with cathedral ceilings. The house has two living areas with large sectional sofas and each one has its own gas fireplace.

The beach was so nice for the little kids, and the kayaks and paddle board were great for the older kids and adults. It is very much as advertised and we will definitely be back! Stayed Aug 20, 2023Beautiful home. Accommodations were reflective of the description in the advertisement. The home owner was extremely responsive and flexible with our group's needs. There was plenty of sleeping space and lots of fun things to do on the property. We even had the opportunity to walk to a nearby supper club for dinner. The location is set on a quiet bay, which helps keep kids safe but still accessible to the main portion of Silver Lake. The beach was used a lot by our entire group and a huge plus to this property!

Stayed Jul 24, 2023Lovely and luxurious property in a quiet, little nook on Silver Lake. Entire family had a great time!! Great communication from owners and property was easy to access, great amenities, extremely clean and very comfortable. Lots of room for everyone to spread out, we loved it!!
