We had a great time for our annual ice fishing trip Diane and Dave's lake house! They were very attentive hosts, the house was well stocked, and the location was perfect for our group. For future fishing groups, we definitely recommend Silver lake (about a 6 minute drive) for northern, bass, and perch. Thank you so much Diane and Dave! We hope to visit again soon!

A 5-star review for our stay at the bonding time beach cabin in Wautoma! My husband and I hosted our kids/spouses and 6 grandkids for our annual Christmas weekend at this location, and it was perfect. Everyone had a comfy bedroom, and we had plenty of space for everyone in the kitchen/main living/dining area; we loved the big family table!! The cabin was exactly as described and in very nice and clean condition; and we all loved the game room basement! We would highly recommend as a great spot for a friends and/or family gathering!

The house is beautiful, room for everyone. Communication with the property owners is fantastic!

Lovely home, lake and area. The house was well stocked with everything we could have needed. Hosts Dave and Diane were very prompt and accommodating in answering any questions we may have had. House was located on a small lake that was perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle board. Loved all of the water toys, boats available on the property. We brought our own wood for the fire but there was some there to use. The deck has a wonderful view of the lake and lots of chairs-we spent most of our time outdoors due to beautiful weather.It was nice to have 2 separate living rooms . Game room was fun for the kids however, the ball return was not working for pool table and foosball. A little maintenance on air hockey, pool table and foosball would make the game room perfect.Kitchen was large with huge dining table so we could all eat together. Gentle suggestion for host-please provide one empty cabinet for food storage. Large refrigerator/freezer was nice with beverage fridge in garage.Unit has 2 large washers and dryers so it was not difficult to have towels washed and dried as requested.Would definitely stay there again.

It was perfect for our family and was appointed very well. I was impressed by the fact that most of the light switches were labeled and there were notes to let us know if there was something wrong with a window or door so we didn't try to use it and cause more damage.

We had a great stay and would certainly stay again. Three things that would have made our stay better: a larger ,flatter yard for yard games, a larger living room for 15 of us, a lot of emphasis on things we must do and the things we can't do. The rules were mostly reasonable, but it seemed a little too unfriendly. All these turned out to 6be minor things. The lake was great, all6 bedrooms were nice, the kitchen was big enough, game room was excellent. Owners were friendly and attentive. Clean and organized. The Bonds were efficient. We are definitely glad we stayed.

Check in was VERY simple. And nice touch on the keyless entry code. Was NOT hard to forget!! Kitchen had just about anything you would need. And the table was perfect for our group. We were all able to eat together. I tried to add some photos but I must be doing something wrong!!

The house was just as described. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Location was perfect for our family. Lake was quiet and ideal for kayaking and pontoon trips. Fishing was excellent from the dock or boat. Overall this was a perfect choice for our family vacation. We highly recommend this rental property.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property for our extended family of 15. Diane was great to work with and responded to our every question and need. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The lake access was wonderful. We really appreciated the use of the kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, and canoe. There were a lot of nice life jackets also as well as other floating toys. Fishing was fantastic! The kids were constantly catching bass and panfish. A few keepers but mainly fun to just catch and release. We loved being able to rent the pontoon as well. The house had plenty of sleeping space for 8 adults and 7 kids/teenagers. The pool table, foosball, and air hockey were also a huge hit. The 2nd refrigerator in the garage was great for our drinks. We also loved the large dining table so everyone could eat together and it was great for playing games as well. It was also nice to have the two patio tables on the deck. Great to use for morning coffee and visiting. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful lake front property. Great communication with owners. Everyone enjoyed the house and the many amenities. Lake was great and we enjoyed fishing and boating. House was large enough for our party and everyone was comfortable with the sleeping arrangements.

Our family of 14 had enough room to relax and play. The kiddos enjoyed the bunk beds and all the games. The fishing was so fun and even though the weather was cooler the kids still enjoyed the water.

The house is beautiful with a great view of the water! Pictures on the posting made it look bigger than it actually was, so our group of 18 adults was a little crowded feeling! If you are considering booking, be sure it will accommodate your group size first! There were some definite parts of the house that could use a little TLC and updating (air hockey table didnt work, basement door didnt seem to lock all the way, basement couch appeared to be in rough shape, and some of the beds in the basement and lofted bed upstairs were uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall though, we were very happy with the host's communication, general cleanliness of the place, and location on the lake!place,eipregrbefcomforbooking!

The property was very nice. It was clean with all the items we needed for a great family get together. The host are very easy to get a hold of and very responsive.

This property provided everything I could have wanted for a nice weekend get away with friends and family. We had 14 guests stay very comfortably. It was quiet and remote enough to be a nice relaxing change of pace from the city life, but also close enough to town to get all the groceries you need and close to a very nice ski resort! The hosts had impeccable communication and check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Family spent the weekend in the home, there was plenty of space and the large dining room table was perfect for having meals together. Unfortunately no fish were caught, but many memories were made. Thanks for the stay!

We had a wonderful 3 generation family stay at this lovely home. Lots of beds, a dining table that could accommodate all of us and all the cooking and sleeping gear you could possibly need. And gaming tables for all ages. We had a great time.

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful home and property! We had 12 family members together to celebrate an 80th birthday and the home was open and spacious and had lots of gathering spaces for all 12 of us to come together to eat, talk and reminisce. Not only is the home beautiful, the setting is as well with a lovely view of the lake and we were pleased with the lake toys available for us to use, i.e. kayaks, pedal boat, etc. The only thing I would mention is that the listing says the home can accommodate 20 and I would caution that it seems like a number that is too high....especially if all the guests are adults. We had 12 adults and that seemed like a maximum for uncrowded movement in the living areas and especially for sleeping. We ended up putting 2 6-ft tall family members in the bunkbeds and they struggled a bit :) However, for kids that would work just fine. Again, for us, we loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend staying in this beautiful space for a family gathering.

Excellent host. Quick responses to messages. The neighborhood had a sewer issue (not the owners fault) and we had 12 ladies who couldn’t use any water on our last night at the house. The owner immediately found us a new place to stay and even met us at the new house at 10pm to make sure we found it. The house is beautiful and clean. My family has already been talking about going back next year for our annual girls weekend. Fantastic and would give more than 5 stars if we could.

So fun and a lot of room to accommodate a bigger sized group. We celebrated my mother’s 60th birthday with friends and family and it was perfect. Enough to do with games/ water activities / space to relax to keep everyone busy and having fun! Will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our weekend at Bonding time! There was plenty of space for everyone and the well-equipped game room allowed for plenty of friendly competition. The kitchen was the best-equipped of any place I have ever rented and the HUGE dining table provided seats for everyone but the weather was so beautiful, we actually had most of our meals outside on the deck. We rented the pontoon and also made good use of the kayaks and SUPs. Would definitely rent this place again!

We spent a wonderful week at the lake house. Diane was very responsive, met us at the property and quickly resolved issues. The kitchen is fully equipped and was so easy to work in. The swimming area was free or weeds and muck. We even got our 13 yr old dog in the water. The large dining table was perfect for game play and family meals.

What a great week. Lots of swimming, fishing, taking rides on the pontoon, card playing, and sitting by the fire. This place is very accommodating for a large group.
