We are located directly across the street from Von Stiehl Winery and are just a few minutes walk to Crescent Beach!brbrMy husband and I also frequently stay here, I’m letting you know as we may see each other in passing!brbrAlgoma, Wisconsin is a quaint community nestled on the western shore of Lake Michigan at the southern end of the Door Peninsula. Come and take the Charter fishing trip of a lifetime on Lake Michigan, stroll the beautiful sand beach and boardwalk, relax with a glass of wine from a historic winery or spend the day shopping and sightseeing. There is something for everyone!brbrNo matter what you plan to enjoy in Northeast Wisconsin, Algoma is the ideal place to call home base. You can enjoy the peace and quiet and all that Algoma offers while being just a short drive away from Door County to the north, Scenic HWY 42 to the south, and Green Bay to the west.brbrThe property does have parking lot with one designated parking space per unit. For example if you are staying in unit 1, you will be designated parking spot number 1. If you have more than one of car, there is additional parking on the road or at the park down the street.brbrTo access Unit 1 you will want to enter through the large door with the side lights, which is accessed and visible from the parking lot. Unit 1 is the first door to your left. brbrOpening the front door you will find the floors to have all new luxury vinyl flooring and tastefully decorated. Entering into the kitchen which has all new cabinetry and full tile wall backsplash. In the kitchen I have added a poker table dining table which includes 6 chairs for you to have some private card game fun! brbrThrough the kitchen and into the living room you will notice I have chosen the seating arrangement to be conversational and inviting. This includes an 84” sleeper sofa couch, relaxing furniture, board games, variety of books and a large smart TV. Note: There is also an AC window unit located in the living room during warmer months. If the temperature is hot outside, I recommend to turn the AC unit on when you check in so you can cool the suite off while your outside enjoying the town! Through the living room, it has another exit door on the side facing Steele Street. You can use the same code to enter either door. brbrThe bathroom is located off the kitchen and is fully renovated which includes a tub/tiled shower and beautifully designed tile floor. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and one of them has a Graco Pack n Play crib located in the closet. Note: One of the bedrooms has a locked barn door. Inside the locked door are extra supplies for our cleaners. Both bedrooms have plenty of hangers for everyone to utilize. brbrI take great care in designing properties specifically with relaxation in mind and can't wait for you to relax and enjoy this property that is within walking distance to everything in Algoma!brbrEach unit has 1 parking spot in the parking lot. The parking spot has each unit number listed on the pavement. There is free parking anywhere on the side of streets. The Steele Magnolia is directly walking/biking distance to everything in Algoma, from being across the street from Von Stiehl Winery, Von Stiehl Cider Bar, Anaphee Brewery, Smashed on the Rocks, charter fishing, downtown shopping and food, and the beautiful sand beach and boardwalk.brbrWe do have other long-term renters in the building in units 7 & 9. brbrLaundry:brWe do not have any washer and dryer hookups however we are lucky enough to have a laundry mat right next door!brbrBugs: brEven though we have sprayed inside and outside twice a year, we are by the water! You can expect to see a few insects here and there.brbrDoor lock: Just a hint on the door code, if you touch it to light it up that will count as the first number. Try to touch the first number of the code you were given followed by the remaining 3 numbers. The numbers are in the same location as a phone key pad.

You can enjoy the peace and quiet and all that Algoma offers while being just a short drive away from Door County to the north, Scenic HWY 42 to the south, and Green Bay to the west.brbrThe property does have parking lot with one designated parking space per unit. For example if you are staying in unit 8, you will be designated parking spot number 8. If you have more than one of car, there is additional parking on the road or at the park down the street.brbrTo access Unit 8, looking at the building from the parking lot you will want to enter through the brown door on your right. It's the one without the side lights. You will go up the stairs on your right and Unit 8 will be the first door to your right on the second story. brbrOpening the front door you will find the floors to have all new luxury vinyl flooring and tastefully decorated. In the kitchen I have added a dining room table which includes 4 chairs, please enjoy the complimentary bottle of wine! The kitchen/living area is open and the main focal point in this unit with beautiful new kitchen cabinets and backsplash. I have chosen the seating arrangement to be conversational and inviting. Unfortunately, this unit does NOT have a living room couch. If that will be an issue, please choose a different unit with more living room furniture. There is relaxing furniture, board games, variety of books and a large smart TV. Note: There is also an AC window unit located in the living room. If the temperature is hot outside, I recommend to turn the AC unit on when you check in so you can cool the suite off while your outside enjoying the town! brbrAs you move through the kitchen and living room areas this will show you the bathroom and both bedrooms. The bathroom is fully renovated which includes a tub/tiled shower and beautifully designed tile floor. Bedroom to the right is furnished with a queen bed. This room has a door that leads out to the fire escape platform. The bedroom to the right has a Twin XL bunk bed so it's plenty big for two adults or teenagers to share! brbrNote: The living room area has two locked cabinets. Inside the locked doors are extra supplies for our cleaners. brbrWe began renovations on this property in May 2022. The bathroom is fully renovated which includes a tub/tiled shower and beautifully designed tile floor. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, one of the bedrooms also has a Graco pack n play crib located in the closet. Note: The bedroom to the right has a locked barn door.
