For some solace you can spend the day on the water by kayaking, tubing or canoeing down the Chippewa River from the Winter Dam to the Ojibwa Inn. It is a wonderful way to spend time with this leisurely 8 mile trip which has some of the nicest scenery in the world and a good place to watch some Bald Eagles at play. Sawyer county is known for its mountain biking trails, ATV trails to trailer to in Winter or direct access is behind the neighbors shed. Trail is marked with pink ribbons. Follow trail to Burnham Rd. Go left onto road. Cross over. HYW 70 to S. Clover Rd. Follow S. Clover to stop sign then go right. Tuscobia Trail is just ahead. Please respect the neighbors yard. He is kind enough to let us access the trail to be legal to get to the Tuscobia Trails. Snowmobiling trails, fishing, hiking trails and dozens of other great places to eat. Violation of such paragraph, would terminate the tenancy at the time of knowledge, forfeiting any and all security deposit and still require the Tenant to pay for the full term of the occupancy, without recourse.br brFIREWORKS: It is hereby understood and agreed by all parties that no fireworks may be set off at any time, in the premises or on the grounds. Violation of this provision will be subject to a $500 fine per occurrence plus the Tenant will be responsible for any and all damages to the property and to the property of any neighbors. The Guest shall be responsible for providing the following, but not limited, items: BRING YOUR OWN BATH TOWELS AND HAND / WASH CLOTHS, beach towels, bodywash and hair shampoo, laundry detergent and fabric softener (needed only if you plan to wash clothes at the premises), firewood (if you want to have a bonfire and something to light the fire with), one propane tank onsite for the grill, yard toys (like volleyball, frisbees, soccer ball, softball and bat, football to play catch with), DVD`s for a rainy day, and board games. It is also understood that there is not a landline telephone at the premises.br brMAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The Bears Den is a private cabin, located on a private lake that does not have public boat access. There are neighbors on either side making this property suitable for families, or a small to group, to relax and enjoy a peaceful setting. This property showcases Perch Lake in a panoramic view. While you are on the dock you can observe picturesque sunrises and sunsets while observing Lake Wildlife. Sawyer County ATV/Snowmobile trails are minutes away and accessible from the property.brInside you will find a tv, dvds, radio, books and games. The cabin does not have internet or cable/satellite.brThere is a dock and a storage shed that has PFDs, inflatables and camp chairs. You are welcome to use whatever is in there. A paddle boat and row boat are available for your use. A fire pit is located near the storage shed. (WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL HAVE EVERY SIZE PFD THAT YOU MAY NEED, SO PLEASE BRING WHAT YOU KNOW YOU WILL NEED)brThere is a charcoal grill, and grilling utensils by the garage.
