If you are into hiking and skiing there are multiple trail systems to enjoy such as the Tuscobia Trails, Flambeau Forest State Forest, Oxbo Pines State Natural Area and the American Birkebeiner Trail. These cottages are great for family trips, a romantic getaway and more! Our cottages sleep anywhere from 1 up to seven people comfortably.brbrThe kitchen is fully stocked with all of the basic essentials that you may need to cook up those delicious meals, such as a fridge, utensils, coffee maker, stove top, and microwave. We’ve got you covered!brbrEach bed has fresh linens and multiple pillows to make you feel right at home.brbrThe bathroom area has towels ready to use for showers and is already stocked with two full rolls of toilet paper and two rolls of paper towels. Lucky Charlie Lodge is a 3-bedroom 2-bath vacation home on Lake Winter. This Vacation Home has it all; an open layout with a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, a living room with flat screen TV and wood-burning stove. Wi-Fi, a grill, private dock for fishing or watercraft docking. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, and the downstairs bedroom has twin beds. There are two bathrooms, one on the main level with a shower and one upstairs with a shower/tub. Linens and towels are included. There is a cozy screened in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the lake. Outside is a patio, with a lovely yard that runs level with the lake and your own private dock. There are beautiful views of Lake Winter from anywhere in the house, porch or patio. The Tuscobia Trail is less than a mile away. From there, you can access the entire Upper WI trail system. Plenty to see and do here in any season of the year! Off your dock is prime crappie and musky fishing. It is understood and agreed by the Parties, that the Tenant shall use the demised premises for the purpose of vacationing only. Landlord does not rent to vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25), unless they are supervised at all times by an adult or guardian or parent. By renting this property, the Tenant agrees there will be no vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25) in the premises, unless they are so supervised. Violation of such paragraph, would terminate the tenancy at the time of knowledge, forfeiting any and all security deposit and still require the Tenant to pay for the full term of the occupancy, without recourse.br brFIREWORKS: It is hereby understood and agreed by all parties that no fireworks may be set off at any time, in the premises or on the grounds. The Bears Den is a private cabin, located on a private lake that does not have public boat access. There are neighbors on either side making this property suitable for families, or a small to group, to relax and enjoy a peaceful setting. This property showcases Perch Lake in a panoramic view. While you are on the dock you can observe picturesque sunrises and sunsets while observing Lake Wildlife. Sawyer County ATV/Snowmobile trails are minutes away and accessible from the property.brInside you will find a tv, dvds, radio, books and games. The cabin does not have internet or cable/satellite.brThere is a dock and a storage shed that has PFDs, inflatables and camp chairs. You are welcome to use whatever is in there. A paddle boat and row boat are available for your use. A fire pit is located near the storage shed. (WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL HAVE EVERY SIZE PFD THAT YOU MAY NEED, SO PLEASE BRING WHAT YOU KNOW YOU WILL NEED)brThere is a charcoal grill, and grilling utensils by the garage. The grill can NOT be used on the deck at any time for any reason. brWhen you arrive you will notice a dumpster to the left of the driveway for garbage. We also provide a bin for recycling and a bin for cans only. brA new septic drain field was installed late Fall 2019, so you will see work being done to the lawn in that area. However, this should not inhibit your ability to use or enjoy the property as it is on the hill behind the garage.brWe provide starter paper towel, toilet paper and garbage bags. There are sheets, blankets and pillows for every bed. Each bathroom has wash clothes, hand towels, small and large bath towels. The upper bathroom has a washer and dryer. The kitchen has dishes, pots/pans, utensils, a dishwasher (we provide the soap), microwave, toaster, stove/oven (LP), coffee maker and Fridge. There is an eating area in lower level that has dishes, utensils, a microwave, coffee pot, toaster and full size fridge (in the storage room). We welcome our guests to use whatever they may need. Each bedroom has linens and pillows for every bed. Bath towels (4) are provided for each bedroom. Hand towels are provided for each bathroom. We do not offer washer/dryer or laundry service during your stay, please plan accordingly if you will need additional towels or bedding. Hand soap and dish soap are provided. The kitchen has dishes, pots/pans, utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee maker(reusable filter provided), stove, fridge, waffle maker and crockpot. There is an additional fridge in the basement for additional cold food storage. A Traeger pellet grill available for use with a full bin of pellets will be provided. Please only use grilling pellets in the Traeger pellet grill. Enjoy your stay and use what you need, we ask that you return everything when you've finished using it. brWi-fi is provided. There is a smart TV on main floor and TV with smart DVD player in family room. We have over a hundred DVD movies available for guests and many board games to enjoy after a day on the lake. brWe do accept dog guests up to 2 dogs, 50 pounds or less.(see DOG POLICY) This is a dog friendly retreat and despite our best efforts there may still be pet hair after cleaning. We ask you kennel your dog if you will be out of the retreat for any period of time. Kennel is not provided, please be sure to bring you own pet containment/kennel. If your dog isn't housetrained, this is not the place for your pet. Respect our neighbors and keep your dog leashed when outdoors and manage the barking so everyone can enjoy the lake. Clean up your pet droppings every time your pet is outside. brWe hope our guests enjoy their stay at our retreat but remember we are in the Northwoods and there will be nature that includes, mosquitoes, gnats, spiders etc. There will likely be dust and spiderwebs on outdoor tables/chairs and leaves about the outdoor space despite our best efforts to keep it clean, it is beyond our control. Weather, fish biting and other occurrences created by nature are beyond our control.
