You do NOT have to be way up north to feel like you are. Happy OURS Cottage is a year-round 3 bedroom, 2 full bath lake home located on a full recreation 5-lake chain on Morris Lake in Mt Morris, WI. Includes a 4-car tandem garage, a paddle boat, a single kayak, a double kayak, and boat dock with bench. (Separate rental fee for the Pontoon) Enjoy the beautiful summer days on the lake soaking up the sun, boating, skiing, fishing, tubing and making memories of a lifetime with your family. There is an amazing swimming beach a short 5 minute boat ride away that is crystal clear and sandy. This is also the lake that tubing and skiing is allowed. Pack a cooler with beverages and snacks and spend the day tied up to the shore (to the right of the swimming beach) enjoying the lake and sunshine. Sunset pontoon cruises are also a must! The fishing is great right off the dock and boaters fish in front of our cottage all year long. We provide yard games such as bag toss, ladder toss, giant jenga, and bocce ball for your use. The 24' Bennington Pontoon with new 90HP Mercury engine is available for rent Mid April through mid October. 3-7 night pontoon rentals will be available depending on your stay. This is a separate fee from the cottage rental and is NOT included in the cottage pricing. Please email us for pontoon pricing and also let us know when you book the cottage if you are also interested in renting the pontoon. This 4 season home offers winter activities also! Nordic Mountain is only 2 miles down the road if you love to snow ski or snowboard. There is also a tubing hill with lifts next to the ski hill. You will not want to leave our recently added 4 season room (sunroom) with it's spectacular views of the lake and sunsets. The red leather sectional sofa in the sunroom is very comfy for that unexpected guest. The kitchen was completely renovated in December of 2025. Laundry room renovated April 2026 (Pictures do not reflect the new kitchen and laundry room renovation yet) New white shaker cabinets with dark walnut butcher block countertops, newer stainless appliances, new flooring in kitchen and LR, back splash and coffee bar! The master bedroom has a queen bed with an adjustable base- renovated Fall of 2023, as well as the master bath vanity. We want to rent to families and friends that will take the utmost care of this property and treat it as it was your home away from home. br This Silver Lake cottage is located next door to Silvercryst Restaurant and is on one of the nicest, largest, clearest lakes in the Wautoma area. Silvercryst Restaurant has various nights of entertainment and make the best 'Old Fashions' in town. The owners and their staff makes you feel like family. br The home is on Big Silver Lake, which features 350 acres of boating, fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, tubing, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and water sports in the crystal clear natural spring fed lake. This cottage has Southern exposure and gets sun pretty much all day. The sunsets are amazing and the views from the many windows and patio doors in the cottage are breathtaking and peaceful. br The 78 foot frontage of sandy beach is awesome for any age child or adult to wade in the water with ease. Children and adults alike feel comfort when experiencing the waters edge because of the nice, sandy, shallow walk into the water. There is a private dock where no splinters will be found.br You would also be able to dock your own boat if you wish. We also include kayaks and stand up paddleboards with full week rental. br Our cottage features 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large kitchen with island seating, dining area and a nice sized living room. The house will sleep 11 people comfortably with additional sleeping on the couches in the living room. br The open concept of the kitchen and living room has outstanding views of the lake from all angles. The home is a 3 bedroom, 1 loft area, and 2 bathroom renovated historic cottage from 1900 that has plenty of exposed woodwork, and open concept. It offers great views, warm atmosphere, great fireplace, huge deck overlooking the water, and dock, boat lift. We have a rec room with ping pong, pin ball, poker table, dart board and TV. Also boathouse has life jackets, floats and paddle board and kayak. brbrThe first bedroom is on the main floor, it has a double bed, and a twin sized trundle under it. Then upstairs there is a open loft area where there is a double bed, and a XL Twin. There is also a room with two twin beds, and a room with a king bed and attached master bath. That room also has a private full bathroom. We also have a air mattress, and a pack - n - Play at the house as well. brbrThe house comes with all kitchen items you would need, and has a wash machine and dryer in the basement. brbrThe lake has Boat rentals either pontoon, ski boat, paddle boards, kayaks etc. There is two marinas that rent, Marks Quality Marina, and Blackhawk Marina are right next to Silver Lake. They meet customers at the boat launch and offer daily and weekly rentals.
